Too long - Booked the bus for 12 o'clock but waited until 1 o'clock to depart. First time taking this bus and having to travel 12-4:30pm to get there There was no notice of such a long, circuitous move

Bias "economy seating" arrangement on VIP Limousine - Terrible experience! It was very hot weather and made us wait for other "VIPs" to arrive then we can be seated! Instead of first come first serve seatings. Shortchange us, overbooked the seats. All same paying passengers, but picked on us 2 tiny size Asians to share the pathetic single joined seat in front with the driver. While you placed the other "VIPs" foreigners, some not even adults, to be seated comfortably at the individual arm seats at the back. You call this VIP Limousine service? In our tickets you dont put seating number, this should be free seating, first come first serve seatings. But you internally assigned seats to us, double standard. It is not just an hr sightseeing ride, but 3-4hrs journey. You should ensure since everyone is a premium paying passengers, everyone should seat comfortably the same. We are not economy class paying customer while they are first class paying customers! Not to hold back the 3-4hrs travel plan, since we waited for other "VIPs" who came late and already delayed our journey time, I have no choice but has to accept the front sharing seat with the other poor local lady who doesn't see the unjust treatment from your company, or else I would have cancel this ridiculous seating arrangement. If your seats are full, dont accept anymore booking. Just tell us upfront when we make booking, not until booking has been made. Not recommended, this is terrible service!

Terrible experience, don't recommend at all! - It was one of the worst experiences in a long time traveling. The hour scheduled was 08h00, I was taking breakfast at 07h40 at a coffee in front of bus stop and the driver entered the coffee to DEMAND me to enter the van!!!!! I explained that the time scheduled was 08h00 and he yell at me!!! When I got into the bus, he didn't open the back of the van to put my bag, so it was on the floor of the van the entire trip. After that, I choose a free spot and he obligated me to change to a worst with less space. Driving was as already told before in other comments, really fast, felt many times unsafe and, at certain point, I almost fly inside of the van!!!! Honestly, I don't recommend at all. It's uncomfortable, unsafe and the driver was really unpleasant. For 300 000 VND you can get a better service with guide that allow you to visit other places during the way, and you don't have to make a really until Hoi An.

Terrible experience from Hue to Hoi An - From Hue to Hoi an: Driver was late and pick up spot was random coffee shop with no signs of the agency or anything. Driver was terrible (even for Vietnam) and drove extremely fast with very heavy rain, even some passengers were sick. My friend said he was feeling a little sick and asked to stop at a bathroom and when we got to Hoi An this lady basically tackled me with no respect for personal space ordering me to clean the bus because “sick” until I managed to explain to her that my friend hadn’t thrown up in the bus. All in all terrible experience.
