Best boat trip in egypt - So far this was the best boat trip we did in egypt , very high Standart service and everyone is so funny , food is perfect and everything is more than perfect

Successful experience! - A great day I recommend 100%. Bravo for the organization and professionalism of the crew and diving instructors. My 11 year old daughter was able to snorkel, she was super well surrounded and accompanied. We made a stop on Orange Bay Island the morning before the crowd arrived. It was great. Successful Experience, Top Things to Do, Comfortable Boat, Meals and Perfect Coaching.

A day to remember - Very professional staff , boat is clean and new , the staff is kids friendly, food is better than the hotel , transfer on time and new bus , diving was fantastic , water sport is fun and adrenaline, the massage was the highlight, orange bay us as well very nice . Just do it and you will not regret it

Super luxury tour - @ Andrew & the whole crew Thank you for the very great day and your commitment. You can tell that you have a lot of fun and enjoyment in your profession. Thanks also for organizing the birthday cake, it is unforgettable. You are very early in the morning in Orange Bay, so you are not affected by the crowd. After a stay of about 50 minutes on the island, for photos a little refreshment (great exploring is not possible in time or you have to hurry), we return to the boat. Quickly you go to the first snorkel stop, where you can also do a taster dive (about 10-15min). The instructors are great and take care of all questions. You're in good hands with them! Andrew enabled me to dive at the end as I already have a diving license, thank you again. An unforgettable dive. Back on the boat there is a good buffet, drinks are always there, as well as snacks - our child loved the waffles:) At the next stop we went snorkeling with the group out to the reef. However, you can also stay on or on the boat and will also be entertained deliciously here. After snorkelling, we continue to the water sports activities. Water couch and banana boat ride. There are no big rounds for us but more than enough. The driving style of the recreational boater was also suitable for our 5 year old son. Afterwards we went comfortably with refreshments towards the port. Photos and videos were taken throughout the day, which can be purchased (not included in the price). I think the price is more than fair, because a lot of situations have been captured that were not set separately. And the photographer is more of an entertainer - absolutely not intrusive. The massage can be done all the time, my wife was thrilled. Thanks for that, too. A super relaxed and amusing tour. @Andrew You have a great crew, very child-friendly. We would definitely come back! Fun, fun, fun! - This was such a fun day! The crew was amazing, the boat was very nice and the activities were just awesome. We beat the masses at Orange Bay, which was great. I went diving for the first time. They instructed us well and made me feel at ease, because I was a bit nervous. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Fabulous day of snorkelling and scuba - Fantastic day, tried scuba for the first time, loved it!!!👌Snorkelling was fabulous too. Great crew, all so helpful and friendly. Lunch was delicious too. Trip to Giftan Island was great too, first stop so avoided the crowds! Would highly recommend👍

Great value for money - This trip wont be everyone's cup of tea because it offers several activities that are just short tastes of great activities. However, we found it great fun and exceptional value for money with something for everyone. We went as a group of 4 adult women. The first stop was orange bay and this was absolutely stunning. We were the first boat there and really appreciated the amazing crystal clear warm waters and splendour of the island. But thankfully, we stayed only about an hour... which was enough to take in the place. It got very over crowded and you cannot take your own food or drink. You are a captive market and drinks START at £6-£9. Water melon was £12. I wouldnt want a full day of these charges or crammed circumstances. A taste was just enough and leaving after an hours with some great photos was perfect for us. Two hours would be nice, but thats my limit. Then onto another spot for snorkeling or diving. Again, neither option suited really for the experienced as it was rather short 'janet and john' event, but it suited us who haven't done a lot before. There are full day diving and snorkelling trips for those who are keen, but this taster was just right. An hour at the location and then we were on board again for a buffet lunch. I don't think our snorkelling spot was the best available but we saw lots of coral and fish and a shipwreck and it was a good experience. Then we were on board again for a buffet lunch. Yes it was a limited menu, but all beautifully displayed, freshly prepared by an on-board chef and there was something for everyone. How can anyone complain about that. It was totally delicious and eating in the yacht dining room was a lovely expereince in itself. Then we went onto another snorkelling only spot. Now the water was too choppy really for this activity and some (like me) couldnt brave it and others cut it short due to the winds, but we couldn't hold the staff/boat responsible for the weather conditions. On a calm day this would be excellent. During the day there was a professional male masseuse offering back massages of about 15 mins or so. He was excellent too. He was very responsive to the passenger comments about sore shoulders, bad backs etc and washed hands between clients. It wasnt a long massge but it was good and very much added to the 'taster' experience of the day. Agreed, a public massage did put some off and not eveyone wanted to do to...but all four in our party did and agreed it was superb. Lastly we headed back to the marina and did the 'water sport' element. I agree that this was a bit disappointing as it was about a minute each on a floating raft pulled by a speed boat and/or a banana boat, but again, as a taster, to see if you like it, it hit the spot. We felt this needed to be a couple of runs. The company did try to cram a lot in and for our group we felt the short series of varied activities was just right. The staff on board were all super, the guide was very proficient in all languages, and everyone treated us with positive encouragement and respect. It was a fabulus day and we were very happy with the itinery. The only thing we had a REAL ISSUE with was paying an addition £20 for return transfers between our hotel and the marina. We were picked up at 6:20 am and then driven all over the area in a tired cramped hot minibus for 90 minutes collecting other passengers from their hotels. We got to the boat about 8:00am and it left about half an hour later. A return private taxi to Hurgarda cost 25% less than this and would have been more comfortable and take only 30 minutes saving us 2hours of horrible travel time in the day. This unpleasant arrangement put us in a terribly aggitated mood before reaching the boat... and when we arrived we were all noticeably disgruntled. I did say to myself this day will hae to truly deliver to get me out of this mood... thankfully it really did!!! My advice though, don't pay for their added transfer option, get your hotel (or the Uber APP) to sort a private transfer to the marina and arrange where to meet in the booking confirmation. The marina is small, the yachts are huge and very easy to find. I accept this was not the 'perfect day' day for eeryone... but I think it is excellent value for money as a taster day of experiences. Its a bit of everything and a bit was just right for a mixed group of adults such as ours with differing wants. It was worth every penny and we were happy to leave what we felt was a generous tip for the crew which was collected at the end and divided equally by all the on-board team. As a side note, we did not see any dolphins anywhere. Shame.

Awful company, aggressive, dirty - This is to respond to your very aggressive response to our one star review which you clearly had no idea what you’re talking about. 1. Okay if you only need 15 mins then why were we at the dock for nearly 2 hours which meant the part of the trip that everyone actually liked was cut short by an hour? If you want the photos I took during the 2 hours at the dock with timings I’m more than happy to repost this again 2. The diving equipment was extremely worn and did not look safe, we watched the divers and watched as one of your guests repeatedly told the instructor who was trying to drag him down that he was inhaling water 3. You do push people to write a 5 star review, we had to do it or were met with aggression when trying to give any other number. Hence why I’m leaving the review here and not on get your guide as we now cannot give an honest review on there because of your awful and aggressive crew. Look at other views on trip advisor, Andrew did it to everyone. One reviewer stated that he even grabbed her phone and wrote the 5 star review. If he did that to me he wouldn’t know what would have hit him as I don’t take kindly to such upfront aggression 4. Your bathrooms don’t get cleaned. I tried to use it and your crew wouldn’t let me go in until they grabbed a dry mop, with no water or disinfectant and mopped dirty toilet water all across the floor which we then had to go into, it wasn’t dry and certainly wasn’t clean. Why would I take a photo of a wet floor? What does that actually prove to anyone? You’d call me a liar either way 5. You clearly don’t know who we are as we did in fact come down to lunch, looked and turned away because it looked like dirty dishwater and smelt like it too, it looked absolutely vile and instead of leaving us to it, your crew pushed and pushed for us to come down for a good 15 minutes when we told them no multiple times that we would not be eating lunch. 6. Okay if you have so many drinks why did you run out of everything? Including cups and every fizzy drink you had on board? You only had water left which we were fine with but were reusing peoples cups rather than washing them which is disgusting 7. That isn’t our hotel so you clearly have no clue about the customers you’re having on board. We were staying in hurghada, close to the port in fact so there’s really no excuse. The fact of the matter is this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever booked with, their response to my initial review says everything about them. You can say what you want about your trip, make your customers seem like liars all you want but ultimately your company won’t last as it is, your trip is absolutely disgusting and so are the members who you employ who try to force everything on their customers. Any customers book anywhrere else but this place. You will 1000% regret it. Ultimately, you can’t put lipstick on a pig, it’s still a pig
