Great value for money - We were on the Carmen boat, part of the mafia group. The value for money was 10/10, 2 snorkel stops and then an hour and half on orange bay before setting off back. With the option of watersports to finish (banana boat). The guides were great and helped everyone when snorkelling, so beginners can still get involved and there was also two photographers always in the water so got great pictures from under water with the fishes. Would definitely recommend, the only downside was we had to wait a while whilst others did the banana boat and parasailing (extra booking). It is a very long day so I would prepare for being in the sun/out at sea for the day.

Orange bay trip - Fantastic day out very friend guides 2 lovely snorkel stops where the boys lead you around the reef showing you all the fish food on board was very good and the boys working the boat were so helpful and friendly overall a lovely trip thank you boys 😄

Amazing day on giftun island - We enjoyed our trip. Team on the cruise was very supportive and helpful. We couldn't swim but they made sure we can see all marine life in snorkeling. There were 2 snorkeling spots and they were amazing. That was the High of our day. Food was served on the cruise which was good. Later we were taken to Orange bay on giftun island where we enjoyed our time in water and on the shacks. Cruise has the washrooms facility and island has shower facilities.

The best day of our holiday! - This was the highlight of our trip, mostly because of how amazing the crew onboard were. We were part of the hakuna matata group 1. And we had an absolute ball. I took my two young kids both ten and under. It was a long long day, longer than I expected and my kids were exhausted by the end! But the crew made it such a good experience. My daughter isn’t a strong swimmer and I am pregnant so they helped her experience all the snorkelling points, they looked after her so well and I felt so at ease knowing how much they were caring about each and every person on that trip! I am beyond grateful for my little girls amazing experience because of them! I still can’t get over it cost us so little for what we got all day! I wasn’t expecting such a great experience when paying so little but wow it blew my expectations out the window! I honestly think it’s the best value for money we have ever had! I’m gutted I cannot remember all the names of the crew who looked after us so well! But they were honestly the making of this trip! Thankyou for making our holiday that much better ☺️

Best boat teip i’ve ever been on - The activities, snorkling, orange bay, riding the banana and jumping of the boat were all amazing. The crew on board (Hakuna Matata 1) was also amazing. They were very friendly and very nice the whole day and made us feel at home from the beginning till the end. 10/10 recomendation.

Good but not as described - We had a great day, and the crew were amazing! However, there's a couple of things I want to point out for people booking this experience: 1. The description says a max of 15 travellers, which was one of the reasons we booked it. We had 30-40 people on our boat. 2. The description also says you get a boxed breakfast and lunch; there was no breakfast, but luckily we had eaten. If we hadn't eaten based on this then we would've been hungry. 3. The boat set off 40 minutes late, we were sat on it for over an hour waiting in the heat. 4. It isn't made clear that the snorkelling is separate to Orange Bay - there is a stop for about an hour or so where you can snorkel, which is really fun, but we were under the impression it was done at Orange Bay. 5. The description says two hours in Orange Bay. We got told (whilst we were still on the boat) we had 1.5 hours from now. We hadn't even docked up at the Bay. Then we spent 15 minutes getting a briefing from our guide. So we hardly had any time at Orange Bay, which was the sole thing we booked this tour for. My partner didn't want to do the snorkelling, he was looking forward to Orange Bay, and was left feeling disappointed. I want to point out that the trip was really good and fun, lunch was tasty, the crew were super friendly, and the photographers were amazing too! I have no complaints with the tour operators, only the description in this advert. It should be changed to let people know what the day is actually like.

Great day for our family - Really great trip. Pick up was good and on time, a short ride from our hotel which was much appreciated. Boat journey was really good and the standard of boat we had was better than we’d expected. All safety aspects and the itinerary were explained well. Two stops for snorkelling, the waters were a lot more choppy than I’d expected and one of the men helped me to get my toddler back on the boat quickly and without me asking which I really appreciated. The snorkelling stops were great and the guides were amazing, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Lunch and soft drinks were provided throughout the day, again, lunch was better than I’d expected and all ages were able to find something they enjoyed. Melon was offered after lunch was finished. Orange bay was beautiful, a little disappointed that we only got an hour and a half there in total but it was a really good experience. This was then followed by water sports, some people had booked parasailing and others hadn’t, this meant that those that hadn’t had to wait around 40 to 50 minutes while people went parasailing which was annoying as there was literally nothing to do while you waited. The only negatives we experienced were the shorter time at orange bay, waiting for parasailing and I also felt that tips were asked for prior to the parasailing wait because they knew people would reduce the amount if they asked at the end of the trip. Minor negatives on a very good experience.

Delayed pickup plus tips - Tour itself was delayed for one hour for the pickup and I called the tour contractor almost 8 times…So be careful about the time they may forget about you…btw, the staff would ask for tips directly on the boat which makes people feel uncomfortable
