Perfect Tour - I booked the private tour for my friend and I, and it couldn’t have gotten any better! Our driver Mohammad was perfect, he made sure we had a smooth safe drive. We stopped for breaks on the way there and back, make sure to bring coins for the restroom. Once we got to Cairo we met our guide Jamal, he is very well known around the city and was super nice. He told us all the history behind the museum and let us explore on our own. After the museum we got the choice to ride a boat in the Nile river and took the opportunity it’s cost $10 and was 30 mins round trip. After, we stopped at a local shop to learn about the paper and hieroglyphics, definitely a must see! We then went to a buffet restaurant, which was very good! Our last stop was the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx, we got to take funny pictures and learn more about the history of the pyramids. Jamal let us know all the interesting facts and was able to answer all our questions. We got the option to stop at a perfume shop but we chose to head back to Hurghada. We chose the private tour because we wanted to be on our own time, which we 100% got to do! If you’re looking for a great tour to see all the highlights of Cairo, this is hands down the tour you should choice!
