MATKAN KOHOKOHTA / HIGLIGHT OF THE HOLIDAY IN EGYPT - Retki oli koko reissun kohokohta! Kairo ja Pyramiidit tekivät vaikutuksen. Retkemme opas hyppäsi bussin kyytiin Kairossa, aivan ihana nainen nimeltään Eila/Aila(?) ja hän piti meistä todella hyvää huolta ja opastus oli erinomaista. Retki saisi meiltä täydet pisteet mutta muutama asia alentaa hieman pisteitä: 1. Retki oli kuitenkin PITKÄ. Kairo on noin 500km Hurghadasta, joten on ymmärrettävää että bussilla meno sinne kestää, joten bussissa istumiseen kannattaa henkisesti varautua. Meillä retki kesti melkein 24h. 2. Asiakkaiden hotelleilta haku olisi voitu organisoida paremmin esim. hakemalla pienemmillä busseilla eri hotelleilta yhteen bussiin, koska nyt hotel pick-upeissa meni yli 2h ja se tuntui todella turhauttavalta. 3. Retkellä voitaisiin viettää vähän enemmän aikaa pyramiideillä 4. Kaupunkikierros / Niiliristeily voisi kuulua retkeen Suosittelen kuitenkin retkeä kaikesta huolimatta koska Kairo ja pyramiidit minusta kuuluu kokea ja olivat ihan mielettömät ja opas oli loistava!+++ *** This day trip was one of our holidays highlights! Best thing was to see the Pyramids and Kairo. Our lovely guide Eila/Aila (?) was very nice and proficient, ten points to her! But to get full score of the trip there is some points I would do better: 1. The trip was FULL DAY long (in Viator there is said 15hours but our trip took about 24h!). The description in Viator must be fixed so people understand that the trip took the whole day. Hurgahda is about 500km from Cairo so it is understandable it took time with bus so I recommend when you choose this trip you have to be ready to sit in the bus many hours. If you are not ready to sit in bus you have to choose some other trip. 2. The hotel pic-ups could be done better for example to save time the operator could collect people from different areas/hotels with minibuses about same time and transport them to the same big bus. Now was the collecting of the people took over 2 hours and it was little bit frustrating sitting many hours in the bus and you know you are still in Hurghada. If the hotel pick-ups was better organized, the trip could maybe start little bit later (you can sleep later because wake up 1AM is not so funny) and we would be still same time in Cairo. 3. We could have spend little bit more time at the Pyramids 4. I'd rather pay more for the trip if the citytour and the Nile cruise was included to the tour but they was not included to the this trip. I recommend this trip however because i think Cairo and the Pyramids is must-see when you are in Egypt and the our guide was excellent! +++
