Highlight of Hurghada - The whole trip was amazing. We saw dolphins in multiple locations, the snorkeling was very scenic and the crew was a lot of fun throughout. They did their best to accommodate everyone’s needs and kept safety a priority. Enjoyed every part of it even with the slightly windy weather and waves. Highly recommend, would easily do again.

Read this - Beautiful snorkelling spots! I can't believe it's worth a visit. We could see and swim with the dolphins it was great! I think the crew get along great and are really funny and cool with us. We feel like they want to do their best to satisfy us. Black Banana gives clear and reassuring explanations in the water because he speaks loudly, really well.

It was amazing! but the advert could've said we'd be back later than three so we could've planned accordingly - The boat's crew were very nice. The advert did say we'd be back on land around 15:00 and this turned to 16:40, which was sad

Would recommend: Eslam and there whole team were great - Book it. Reasonable price and the tour was great. They were a lot of fun on the boat (almost felt like a cruise ship at times with the way they engaged with everyone and built up the energy). Eslam was especially great with the kids on board (although fun for everybody overall). They really made it a fun day. And yes, seen dolphins and swam with the dolphins. Make sure your a decent swimmer if you want to swim with the dolphins (you have to be fast to catch them). Would have been nice to swim with them longer and longer and the snorkeling sports but it was a decent amount of time. Skipped the banana boat. They did it very tame (no chance of falling off; no fun) and quite short. But if you never did it before it's worth a try. I believe I was sent a further pick up point in the morning than they intended (not at a hotel sh probably won't apply to you). And my ride back left without me (they had to call pretty persistently to get the driver on the phone to come back). But won't hold this against them because it was a good time and things happen. Nothing that would ruin a trip, they were great. Only real complaint is food was a little lack luster compared to dive boats (a little salty and bland). But let's be honest your not booking this for the food. Would recommend

Only 1 hour of snorkeling and high pressure to tip - Unfortunately, this tour only offered about one hour of snorkeling for a full day excursion. The rest of the time was designed to take as much in tips from the guests as possible. First, they didn’t have change for the $5 National park fee, so I had to over pay, when I offered to pay in Egyptian pounds, their calculation on the conversion rate was off by 100 EGP in their favor. Next came the photographers and the hour plus spent on the banana boat followed by then trying to see you the pictures. During the ride out to the reef and the dolphin house area the boat went fast, but on the way back it went half to a quarter of the speed, seemingly to kill time. The jokes and instructions from the guides who were in charge were identical to another snorkeling excursion I went on, as were the photo opportunities and the high pressure sales and tipping opportunities. I did think the reef where we snorkeled was a great location, but with only a half an hour in the water there, I felt ripped off. A snorkeling trip that only has tourists in the water for 1/8 of the time isn’t really a snorkeling trip to me. The final issue I had was that the guide assigned to me insisted on watching me fill out the Viator review and he wanted to take a picture when I gave it a 5 star rating. When I told him that I would fill the review out when I got back to my hotel, he got upset and said loudly, “Do you have a problem with me?” This wasn’t nice and it was embarrassing. I did tip because it seemed like there was no other choice, but I would never recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys snorkeling and wants to spend more than an hour in the water.
