Unmissable experience in Hurghada - Mahmoud is a very nice meeting, we could not have a better Guide! He looked after our well-being all day and greatly improved the experience. It's nice to meet such a human person. The food was good and the island beautiful! For snorkeling we are too numerous for my taste, different boats all go to the same place. Overall it is a very nice day. I recommend the experience! Zora and Maxence

Beautiful organized experience - The experience was really nice. It was organized, the car was air-conditioned. The boat was quite large, but there were many people there. Snorkeling was nice, this we did 2 times and it was not crowded. The beach on the island is really pleasant and no stones to feel, at least no big rough stones. We haven't done water sports yet, let's do them on the way back.

Super day with great people - I really liked it because the staff are very funny and open. You can talk to them very well and they're very polite. The weather was brilliant and the sea the same. The sea was the most beautiful blue you will ever see, I can only recommend it.

Great family day trip - Amazing photo opportunities throughout the day. Plenty of water sports and related activities to satisfy any sea water lover. Great for a family day trip!

Medium - Responsive nin customer service do not answer messages and calls. We were told we would have French guides but there were none. Otherwise the team on board was top, and the beautiful island is definitely worth visiting.

You don't get what you pay for - But one did not think it was possible that now 2 trips out of 3 would end in exactly the same way namely that you do not get to the place you have ordered. This is quite clear from both the ticket and the mail from the company where our trip was going. We mention it several times to the staff on the boat before embarking. Unfortunately, the day before we ended up on an 8-hour boat trip instead of swimming with dolphins. The staff said several times that we were definitely going to paradise but if we had sailed for a couple of hours yes then they were not going to paradise Ireland but to Orange (which we involuntarily had to pass the day before) and Hunulv, the staff tried to convince us that it was the same island We refused to leave tables until we were on the island we had paid for. The staff says that it is more expensive to get to paradise and their boss had booked us to Hunulv. It was so the staff who had to pay for us to get to the right island, they let us know. We were actually there where we were whistling indifferent, we have paid for a commodity (again) which we do not get. It ends up with us getting the phone number of the boss and having to spend plenty of time and energy on getting what we have paid for. We end up at Paradise, but we'd like to be all the trouble for without. Our recommendation is that you should NOT board until you have seen their participant list on the boat and where they have planned to set you off. Just like the trip the day before there comes just an extra fee, this here was also of 5 euros per person for the money would then get VIP boat, food and yes luxury. I don't know what you think is luxury but 8 hours on a boat where, by the way, there is not a single sun chair, the music is pivot high and all men have thrown up the food afterwards, in my world it is not luxury. There was an old slide of a ship next to us, it was sq more luxury than what we others had to pay vip for.
