Fabulous day out, brilliant value and exactly as described l. Book it, you won’t regret it. - Fabulous family day out, with friendly, professional and accommodating staff from start to finish. I booked this for us 6 adults via Trip Advisor and was contacted by Ahmed via WhatsApp to advise on the itinerary and to confirm costs, his messages were clear and helpful. Ahmed arrived promptly in a clean, air conditioned minibus with WiFi, snacks and cold drinks and drove us safely to the marina where he ensured that we had well fitting mask, snorkel and fins. The boat “Freedom” was staffed by Adam and his team who explained the itinerary and safety briefing. Within 30 minutes of setting off we spotted dolphins and about 10 minutes later we were swimming with them! It’s fair to say that the dolphins weren’t frolicking with us all like some photos might suggest but to be in the warm sea, snorkelling and seeing wild dolphins in their natural habitat beneath us was exhilarating regardless. This element does require a good standard of swimming, literally jumping in from the back of the boat and swimming to try to reach the dolphins before they move away. We had a few goes of this, with the captain skilfully navigating us to an area close enough to the dolphins without disturbing them. Shortly after this we were at a large coral reef where we enjoyed the opportunity to snorkel in a more leisurely way. For all water activity there were multiple English speaking crew in the water with us, offering a float to those who needed it and with lifejackets available for anyone who wanted one. A freshly cooked, delicious lunch followed the reef snorkel. Throughout the trip we had limitless soft drinks plus coffee. After lunch we snorkelled at another coral reef then finished the trip with a really fun ride on a sofa float, towed at speed by a small motorboat. If you’re undecided on this trip, don’t hesitate, book it! Whether you’re a swimmer or not you will marvel at the beautiful nature of this area and will not be disappointed with Ahmed and the boat crew who took great care to ensure that everyone had a wonderful, memorable day. Great value and great in every respect.

Excellent day - Fantastic day from pick up to drop off. Ahmed the driver gave out ice cold water and fresh orange. We arrived at the boat, every member of crew were very friendly and informative. Safety advice was given. Felt we were in good hands. We seen dolphins from on the boat and from snorkeling. Lunch and cold drinks provided. Great day out. Thank you all👍

Book the tour already!! Don’t miss out - My friend and I just finished this tour today for her 41st birthday!! This trip was so amazing. If I could give it 100 stars I would. Ahmed was so amazing. He got us there in time even after I provided incorrect hotel information for pick up. He was so informational about Hurghada and the surrounding areas: he gave us some valuable advice about the tour and what to do and not to do. He is so kind and helpful and made this Egypt trip so much more memorable. If you’re looking for a sign…this is it…book this excursion. You won’t regret it! The staff on the host were great as well! Coming from New York to Egypt was the best decision ever!!!

Dolphin house trip in hurghada - Remon was a great chap very helpful and kept reassuring us throughout the whole trip 2 dives with dolphins a pod of 6 was a life time experience as well as 2 stop to dive the coral reef

Wonderful day trip - We had a wonderful day! The guide was very professional and picked us up at our hotel exactly on time in a wonderful and comfortable car and go ‘‘tis safely to the boat. The trip itself was amazing. We snorkeled among the coral reefs, saw dolphins and had a very good lunch. Would recommend this to everyone.

Perfect - Perfect service from the driver. Exactly private treatment. He will find you the best berth on the boat when you arrive at the port. The trip and the boat crew are perfect. We swam with several families of dolphins. When we got back to land the taxi was already ready. Perfect arrangement this way.

Great experience - Ahmed picked us up at the hotel. He is very friendly, he had some drinks and snacks for us ready. He got us a good spot on the boat. It looked like we got a private service. It was a beautiful day, saw several dolphins swimming below us. When we got back to the marina, Ahmed was already waiting for us, while the other groups still had to wait for their transfer for like half an hour.

Poorly organized, did not keep what was promised - The journey there was good and the crew was very nice and our little group was great too. After a long wait we set off. Later on we saw a few dolphins from a distance, but they were being chased by small boats and there was constant loud music and boat honking. They were gone again faster than they came. We didn't see 4 or 5 dolphins in total; we didn't see any more. Then we made two more stops for snorkeling. The best part was lunch afterwards, which I give a thumbs up to. We headed back at around 2.30 p.m. Just before the end you could still go on a banana boat ride but that wasn't stated when we booked. When we got to the pick-up point it was 38°C in the shade and there was no bus, so we had to wait another 45 minutes until we were picked up. Unfortunately that was a terrible day - you can only feel sorry for the dolphins.
