10/10 quad experience - Really great time, went with my friends, quad biking experience was fantastic, proper safety explanation, really attentive guides. My goggles were dropping and he realised and came over. So much fun quad biking in the desert, the Bedouin village and camel rides were brilliant also. Highly recommended
Note for buyers: I don't recommend the BBQ dinner with performance. Really no BBQ to speak of. Aside from that, 5 stars

Must do! - Fantastic experience. One trip through the desert on a quad bike is something special. We had a nice experienced guide (wallied) who reduced this ride to a great experience. The trip on the camels was short but fun through the area.

Great Safari in the Egyptian Dessert! - Tour was brilliant, everyone was really friendly and spoke brilliant English. The photographs Hossam took were fantastic.
Would highly recommend booking this if you are on holiday in Hurghada!

Good overall package - Everything as described, super nice people who also enjoy their job. Small group, two stops to take photos with photographer, but also time for own pictures. We felt sorry for the camels, up all day, next touri....

Great trip - This was really fun quad biking was probably an hour total (there and back) so longer than stated in the itinerary. The guides made sure everyone stayed with the group and were patient with some cautious drivers. We felt very safe on the quads and did the morning trip. This was a great excursion but as other reviews state there is additional charge for scarves - bear in mind bandanas are not acceptable so if you have scarves that can be tied around your head and cover your face I recommend to bring those with you.

You feel a bit like a wallet. - We were a group, I have to say that the staff are already friendly and cautious about safety briefings. The quad tour is definitely the best. However, riding Camel took a total of about 1 minute per person. We were also constantly introduced to some shops where you already felt like you were there as a wallet rather than being here to experience a piece of Egypt.

Atrocious…. - Atrocious.
Sat outside the hotel foyer 10 minutes before advised time. After an hour and texting the operator via Viator we gave up, went back to the room, swimwear on we headed down to the beach.
30 mins later I received a whatsapp asking me to now meet over an hour later, except the message was sent 30 mins AFTER the new time.
I contacted Viator who advised me that as it was less than 24 hours my refund was up to the discretion of this appalling company who wasted our last day in Hurghada, given we’d revolved the day around the sunset booking…
I would not recommend this company for anything, given the poor experience.
And still waiting for ANY correspondence re my refund….

Avoid, avoid, avoid! - Avoid, avoid, avoid! Please do not book this awful tour! We had a horrible experience.
We paid £40 for 2 people for the quad biking. When we got there, we had to pay £2 for a scarf and £2 to rent the goggles and £5 tax each which we were expecting and happy to pay.
However, they told us that we were not allowed to take any photos of ourselves during the excursion. They informed us that they would supply a professional photographer who would take all the photos and that we could buy them at the end of the excursion.
When we finished quad biking, they told us that it was £40 (£20 each) to have the photos.
When we received the photos via WhatsApp they were ALL extremely blurry and such awful quality… as if someone put Vaseline on the lense (please see photos attached). As you can see, the photos are terrible - we couldn’t believe it. We were absolutely gutted because we wanted the photos for our memories. We told them via WhatsApp that the photos were bad and they didn’t do anything.
We noticed that they separated us from the other groups and that other families and tourists were allowed to take photos when we drove past them on the ATVs. We noticed that they had chosen specific people to inform them that they couldn’t take photos in order to con and grab money from them.
Generally, our experience of Egypt was that the people don’t care about tourists, they care about your money, money, money! Tip, tip, tip!
The tour providers did care about our experience or whether we enjoyed it.
After the excursion had finished, we waited over 2 hours for a transfer back to the hotel. What a joke!
