Great trip for all ages - A fantastic afternoon well worth the money, make sure you take scarves with you, as it is very dusty. You won't be disappointed. 👍👍

3 hour quad bike with camel ride - Great fun and very well organised. A bargain price for 3 hours of quad bike fun and a camel ride. You do need to be aware require extra $5 per person government fees plus $6 for scarf and goggles but still came in at total cost of $20 each including pickup and drop off at hotel. Absolute bargain highly recommend

Thank you! - We had a great 1/2 day. The driver was on time at the hotel and we were lucky enough to have an adorable guide (Roman?) to ourselves for our quad bike ride. We spent a few minutes on camels, time to take pictures and visited a Bedouin village. Thank you again for this beautiful time. Good value for money, I recommend this activity!

Best service - The program on its own is really nice. But what really impressed me was the customer service and care of the organizer. She was so nice and helpful it made the experience way more enjoyable I would really recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun. (Small note: consider the heat and sun when booking the timing, it can get really hot during the day)

Fantastic experience - A fantastic experience, not the typical ten minute excursion, you are over the Quad at least forty minutes between coming and going to the camels. The landscape is wonderful, you realize the vastness of the desert, even sometimes you think you are in Mad Max lol. Fully recommended!!

Overhyped Desert Adventure: Not Worth the Effort - I would describe the experience as just okay, not great. The quad bike ride to the Bedouin village in the Sahara Desert was almost 50 km round trip, which felt excessive. A shorter ride of 15-20 minutes would have been much better. If you’re not into such long, adventurous rides, I’d recommend skipping this activity. The camel ride was very brief, lasting only about 5 minutes in the Bedouin village. After driving for nearly an hour to get there, we spent just 15-20 minutes in the village, including the camel ride, which didn’t feel worth it. We opted for the morning tour, and while I can't comment on the afternoon activity, it does include dinner, which might make it more appealing.

Mysoginistic - singles out women in couples to join their partner (I wonder why) - We arrived at the quad biking location, and the organiser made inappropriate comments to my wife, implying that women are incapable of driving. He immediately assumed she wouldn’t be able to operate the quad bike. In reality, my wife had previously driven a quad bike in Agadir (Morocco) which lasted over 3 hours where she had no issues and was even videoing whilst driving. They said they would conduct a test drive and half way between, the staff pulled my wife aside and claimed she wasn’t capable of driving. Interestingly, they singled out other women, particularly those with their partners. I wonder why they only singled out couples (could it be fewer bikes to operate). I observed my wife driving without any issues, while I, struggling with the bike, was not questioned. Despite this, they insisted she join me on my bike, citing her inability to drive. He even remarked, “Our women cannot drive,” after his so-called assessment. When I confronted him later, in the presence of his brother, he completely changed his story, denying he had made such comments. At that point we had enough, given all the above rude behaviour in addition to them telling us they were outside the hotel when they weren't there to make us frantically come out and then wait for a further ~10 mins before anyone came to pick us up. In addition to the fees payed via Viator, at the site we were charged an additional 520 EGP (2x€5 tax) which was fine as it was stated in the description, but they also charged a separate 800 EGP for scarves and goggles rental (which was ridiculous). As we declined to participate due to the poor behaviour of the staff, we were given two options: Option 1 was a full refund excluding the 520 EGP tax. Option 2 was for us both to drive the quadbike nearby and then he would drive us to the bedouin camp by car. We opted for Option 1. We asked about our transfer back as this was included in the price but he said we will have to wait until everyone comes back which is about 2.5 hrs. He said alternatively he can drop us back with another group but it would be a 25 minute wait. We had waited a while but he wasn't returning us so we took the Uber back. Based on the overall experience, I would not recommend this tour operator unless you are a group of lads, and I am requesting a full refund with the exception of the 520 EGP tax, as per Option 1 provided by the staff member. However, now that I am reaching out to the tour operator regarding the refund as per Option 1, they are completely ignoring my messages.
