Then, the kese, a special cleaning mitten, and the Marble Polished Square Water Basin to scour away dead skin. Turkish Bath is The final part of the ritual is the Foam (bubble soap wash), when you will be massaged down with a loofah and left feeling clean. You’ll then spend 15 minutes in our relaxation lounge sipping hot beverages and unwinding. Our sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi will be available to you during your spare time (The duration time includes round trip transfer time)

Relaxing spa evening - The treatment was good. I liked that we had massage with ny girlfriend together. Everything was as described, driver picked us up on time and brought us back at the hotel when we finished. Take your suimsuits with you.

Great activity for a successful afternoon 😁 - Very nice spa. Friendly service, great service. Highly recommended. We were there on Sunday at 3 pm, and it wasn't crowded so you had a private atmosphere in the different stations.

Very good value for money if you don't expect too much - Had a very good massage from the gentleman with the glasses. The place itself is not a spa what you might expect. One is with several in the sauna etc. But in the end a good price and the massage was very good

Highly recommended I would always make - Cleopatra Hammam Masage
We were greeted hospitably, the wait was also very short. The atmosphere was very relaxed and soothing from the start.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful, you felt completely taken care of.
The procedure was well thought out, first the sauna to relax the muscles, then the value pool to loosen up and finally the massage which was very soothing, Jasmine, Aasma and Lilly was very accommodating and considerate they always asked if it was pleasant.
All in all, you come out completely frazzled.

Spa - This Spa is a hidden gem. So much more than we expected. The therapists were lovely. Our treatments left us feeling rejuvenated. We also got picked up from and dropped off to our hotel. Just Amazing 🤩

Stay away unless you don’t care about hygiene - They only get the 2 stars because of how lovely and friendly the staff were. They’d be getting 0 if it wasn’t for them. This company packs people in like sardines in the smallest ‘spa’ I’ve ever seen. It is incredibly unhygienic and am convinced I’m leaving with a std or veruca because you can’t wear your foot wear anywhere and there is no cleaning going on. Same glove used for everyone’s hamam, ceiling and other areas filled with fungus which made me feel physically sick. Hamam carried out with 5 other strangers in the same room and the same with the massage. Workers are also talking and laughing in Arabic while massaging everyone in one room. Not sure if they were or were not talking about us but it felt that way and either way, was not a relaxing environment. Also smelt. Also had a wet towel on me so was freezing throughout the massage. Possibly one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. There are nicer places in Hurgarda within the same price range so do some research before booking.
