Absolute recommendation, massage at Shimaa u Mostafa - My husband and I enjoyed 2 massages each, one hour, full body, at Shimaa and Mostafa. We are guests at Steigenberger Aldau, so we are on site. Absolutely recommend! Everything is very professional and the massage is carried out as desired (my husband rather firm, with me “medium” strong. The cost of ins. 250€ we thought was appropriate. Everything's great!

Worth every penny - Had a fabulous experience. Everyone was kind and helpful and the different treatments for the large number of customers was well organised and ran smoothly. My masseur, Mona 42, was exceptional.

5 star - Amazing hammam and spa - we went with our 10 and 11 year old daughters and they also loved it. Included sauna, steam, hammam, face mask, jacuzzi and a massage. The service was brilliant and staff so friendly. 100% recommend

Fantastic time at the spa , the whole family loved it - This spa runs like clockwork. As soon as you go in, they have a drink ready for you and then assign you to a representative. We started with a sauna, then a salt steam room, then we were taken to the Turkish bath for a scrub and wash. This part was wonderful; I think it was the best wash I've ever had. I felt so clean afterward. Then, when I thought it couldn't get any better, it did. We then went for a full-body massage, and wow, was this good! Mahmoud No. 3 was excellent. It was a perfect massage with just the right amount of pressure the whole time. Then we finished with a nice, relaxing jacuzzi. I spent a great two hours there, and it flew by so quickly. The service was 10 out of 10 throughout. The next time I'm back in Egypt, I will definitely be visiting them again

Absolutely amazing! - We had a fantastic time at Cleopatra spa enjoying our hammam spa and massage experience. We spent time in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which were all very clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our hammam was so enjoyable and our therapists really took their time, the experience didn’t feel rushed. Our massages were absolutely incredible my therapist Christina really worked out my knots and left me feeling rejuvenated! I cannot wait to return again next time I am in hurghada! Thank you so much!

A nice experience. - The taxi ride was super well organized and executed by a very nice driver. The arrival at Cleopatra Spa in Hurghada was questionable. Once inside the people were friendly and guide us well. The sauna was dated and not large. The steam room and jacuzzi were good. The Hammam was super good as was the 45 min massage. Then the taxi ride back to the hotel by the same good driver was top. All in all had a very good experience and it was definitely value for money.

Good Experience - When staying in Marriott Beach at Hurgada a man approached and gave a minute neck massage so we book one from the spa. Instead we choose the island tent with the sea breeze. It was for my sister and me and very relaxing. For the prices in Hurgada it was expensive. 75 american dollars

A real factory but if you don't pay attention to hygiene go there the massages are excellent for 25€ - First of all, the place is disgusting and a real germ factory because there are so many people Not clean at all with a very high risk of slipping from this injured person. The staff returned normally in sneakers or city shoes so thank you for hygiene. Building under construction and very old. On the other hand, very good sauna and hammam and the massage given by Ahmed was excellent. Really unfortunate that the place is not maintained otherwise it will be a great place

Cheap for a good reason… - Driver on time and kind. SPA super low-cost style, not relaxing to be with other people on every step as in a factory, the towels were already wet and smelling bad. The massage was in private but with wet bikini from hammam, not so nice and cold… the lady was good and the massage was very nice. Enjoyed it moderately as the humid smell of the towel against my face was disturbing…

Unfortunately disappointing – no real relaxation - Even the transport was problematic: Although Hurghada was considered included, we had to pay €10 per person extra on site – an Uber wouldn’t even have cost €2. There was a nice welcome drink on site, but the salt chamber smelled unpleasant, and the whole process was extremely rushed. Of the supposed 15 minutes per station, hardly anything was felt – it felt like mass handling. In the hammam it was noisy as the staff talked continuously. The massage was more of a light stroke, and at the end, actively asked for tips. The price through GetYourGuide was cheap, but we wouldn't book it again.
