Clear recommendation - All very well explained, well planned, nice staff. Linguistically no problems even the drivers knew some English and German. I can recommend it. The only thing I would criticize is that we had few photo breaks. Otherwise top!

Best Cairo(Egypt) - This was such an amazing day! The guide is super nice, she knows a lot about the egyptian history and culture, and we felt like actually being a part of that unique epoch.

Great customer service - Even though there were only two of us booked the tour that day, they didn't cancel the trip and arranged it just for us. It felt like a private tour as we were picked up from our hotel by a mini van. Our drivers ensured a very safe journey. The tour was comfortable and well-organized. Our guide was knowledgeable on every topic and gave us small tips to make the tour easier for us. So I finally saw Tutankhamun and Pyramids which was a big tick for my bucket list. Even though it was like a private tour, there were no extra payment requests. They truly proved that they are a thoughtful company that cares about customer satisfaction.

Fab visit to cairo - The trip was absolutely amazing. We were picked up at 1.15 am from our hotel and taken to hurghada to travel by a van to cairo with 2 more people. The van is modern and has AC. We arrived at Cairo early morning and were met by our guide Salma who is very knowledgeable and spent the whole day with us giving us the history of Egypy. The first stop was Egyptian museum which was absolutely amazing. Salma had great knowledge of the artefacts there. We then made our way to the papyrus manufacturer which was interesting to see. Around 12 we were taken to a restaurant for lunch - the food was ok, plenty of choice from salads and hot food but very crowded. Post lunch was the visit to the pyramids and sphinx which was the hilight of the day and worth the long trip. The drivers and salma stayed with us the whole day and were great.

10/10 - It was a super fun day. We were lucky enough to be the only ones who booked the trip, making it a kind of private tour.
The driver Abduo is really a winner!
Our guide Manal what an incredibly sweet, nice, cozy lady. Huge amount of knowledge and a treasure of a woman! This trip is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
As a tip, bring enough water

Nice daytrip from Hurghada to Caïro - - Egyptian museum and pyramids are 100% worth the long drive, beautiful!
- Good guide, everything was arranged smoothly
- Super friendly bus drivers
- The way to go was quite long as we needed to wait some time to leave with all the other busses and cars to leave in convoy but this is not the organisation’s fault, it’s a general rule to go to Caïro
- For us the mandatory papyrus and essence stops were not necessary, but all the people were very friendly and not pushy

Disappointed and Frustrated – Extras Not Provided, Poor Customer Service - I had a deeply frustrating experience with FTS Travels. I paid extra for a scarf to be provided at the start of the tour, but it was never delivered. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times via WhatsApp, I received no effective response or solution. This lack of communication and disregard for fulfilling customer expectations left me extremely disappointed.
If you choose to book with FTS Travels, I would advise against paying for any extras, as there is no guarantee they will be provided. I expected a more reliable and responsive service, but unfortunately, FTS Travels did not deliver
