Great service! - Brilliant guide Ahmed Waheeb was. He was very very knowledgeable and was outstanding and patient with everyone on the tour. Answered all questions with exceptional insight on how the trip was going and how the tour was a success. Definitely recommend Ahmed for the best tour guide. The food was amazing as well.

Ahmed waheeb was the best the whole trip and served us with the best info and made us feel safe the whole trip. We had some troubles in the start, but he saved us and helped us trough to meet up with the rest of the group. Highly recommended

Excellent trip and guide ! - The trip was amazing. I had the pleasure of touring with Ahmed Waheeb, and I must say, he was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, his knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism truly stood out. Ahmed made every stop on our journey not only informative but also engaging and fun. His deep understanding of the history and culture of the area added so much value to the experience, and he had a knack for making complex details easy to understand.
f you’re lucky enough to have him as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommend!

Cairo day trip from El Gouna, Hurghada - Sarwat was the best tour guide we could have had for a day trip in Cairo!! Incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and positive!!***** He went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly unforgettable day in the museum, on our trip on the Nile and at the Pyramids!! Would highly recommend him and FTS Travels if planning to visit Cairo from El Gouna!!

Was super leuk in Egypte we raden het zeker aan iedereen aan - What a trip, absolutely wonderful. We were picked up in Hurghada and Cairo by Ahmed Waheeb, given a tour of the Pyramied Museum... The knowledge Ahmed gave us was brilliant! he was so honest and sincere and super sweet to our children, so much information about history in the museum and at the pyramids, he was sooo entertaining. Photos were constantly taken of us without any costs and later sent to us.

Warning!!! Worst Service - Very bad experience - FTS travels - Never go with these guys. They almost spoiled my trip. I booked the Cairo trip by flight 1 month in advance and they did not confirm even after repeated emails and whatsapp messages. Literally no response from them. Finally they said no flight tickets available on the day before of the travel date and had to go by mini van. Drivers were friendly and guide was good. They did not send me the invoice though I asked. On the trip , they sent the invoice for the amount same as flight service (3 times of coach tour). After arguing they said that it was a mistake and sent me invoice for 2 times of coach tour. I told them i will pay only the amount they have mentioned in the website and then they agreed. They cancelled the flight trip and top of that they want to cheat me by overcharging for the van trip. Poor customer service, zero communication and wants to make use of people desperation. Worst service. Don't know how they got these many good reviews.
