Wonderful trip to Luxor! - My family and I went on an absolutely wonderful tour of Luxor with our guide, Hoda. We were picked up at the Hilton in Marsa Alam in a comfortable van and visited a number of sites, including Karnak Temple and Valley of the Kings. Both were amazing, and I felt that we got a more hands-on experience than when we visited the Pyramids two years prior. We paid for extra access to King Tut's tomb, which I thought was well worth it, and we also paid for a delightful boat ride on the Nile, after which we had a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant. Hoda was an outstanding guide and extremely knowledgeable of Egyptology. He family lives and have worked in the Valley of the Kings area for generations. We had two drivers, both of whom were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend FTS and I would ask for Hoda, if she's available.

Really good! - We went to Luxor with our friends. It was a really good experience, it was a few hours by bus. Our guide Ahmed was awesome, he knew a lot of the things we went seeing, and he was very nice and funny. We got water and some snacks during the tour. The place where we had lunch was good too. The only downsize was the bus, they couldnt pick us up at our hotel and we had to walk 15 minutes at 4AM. We were the first to pick up, and it was another one and a half hour until they picked up everyone else. This was an additional 1.5 hour when we came back, because then we were the last ones to drop off. But otherwise it was a very well organized tour, and Ahmed made it much better.

Would highly recommend this tour - We did the private tour to Luxor from Hurghada. It was a brilliant trip, would highly recommend to anyone. We were picked up from our hotel by abdo, abdo was great, had the air con on was very safe driver and gave us stops in between to stretch as it was a four hour journey. We were met in Luxor by our tour guide Aziz, Aziz had so much knowledge regarding the tombs and temples etc, he was very kind, had brilliant English and was local to Luxor so he knew a lot about about the city. This was a brilliant tour we will always remember. Too add, we had Asma from fts travel who messaged us via WhatsApp to make sure we were ok and everything was good. If we had any queries asma was there to help. Thank you for great experience

The Wonders of Egypt - Amazing experience. The initial journey time of four hours each way was a little off putting, however we thought we are already here in Egypt so why not. The bus collected us from our hotel at the pre arranged time. And the drivers and host were friendly and professional. The bus is air conditioned with a large chill box which supplied us all with cold water throughout the day often offered to us without needing to ask. When we reached Luxor we were joined by Nana Roma our English speaking guide for the day. Nana is an exceptional tour guide. Very knowledgeable - keeping the history interesting and exciting through interactions, humour and wisdom that will help us all, as tourists to enjoy our stay that little bit better. The boat trip across the nile was an addition, though at $10 US each a wonderful addition. The food at the restaurant (Crocodile Restrraunt) where we had lunch, included in the price, was a buffet of authentic Egyptian food which tasted better than our 5 Star hotel. We also bought a Galabeya at a reasonable price (thank you Nana) and some genuine granite and stone souvenirs. A truly great experience that we will treasure for the rest of our holidays and beyond. Thank you Nana, for making an amazing day unforgettable.

Great expérience ! - The day in Luxor was incredible. This is a must-see. Our guide Chadia was fascinating and attentive. Lunch was very good. Be careful, it's very hot in August and the bus isn't very comfortable - that's the only criticism.

Great - It was alright. Communication with the FTS team (Asma) went very great. Our tour guide (Ahmed) was good. I would just be careful about buying anything from the locals, the price is most of the times very high for the products and they try to sell it as high as they can, so don't be afraid to haggle about the price. Thank you for the trip.
