Amazing holiday, staff very welcoming and helpful, great facilities - We arrived late (0200ish) due to delayed flight. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. We requested rooms next door to each other and were given ones with a joining door which was perfect for the teenager to have her own space. We were given a ride with our luggage to our rooms. Staff printed our return boarding passes for us too, cant use digital ones at the airport apparently 🤷‍♀️ We had a shower issue, that was fixes within hours. Lots to keep the family entertained, young and old alike, park, mini golf and play room. Plently of pools to choose from and water slides. Lifeguards were amazing, having a clumsy granddaughter, they came in handy, very attentive and caring. Shout out to Abriham (lifeguard by the pirate ship) who spent alot of time chatting to my grandson, who, due to being autistic doesn’t generally talk to people he doesn’t know and to befriend Abriham was a huge step. There are plenty of meal choices and restaurants to choose from, we all ate from different places n sat on a table outside. Ice cream and cakes available all day, snacks too. Needless to say we all came back heavier 🤦‍♀️😂 Rooms were cleaned daily, the kids loved finding the animals made from towels. Water restocked daily. We took the complementary bus to the beach, however it is walking distance, not the nicest as you are not allowed in the area by the hotel but you can drink from the bar with your all inclusive package, we didnt know this until we left. The only issue really was the wifi, but we were rarely in the room ams busy enjoying ourselves so it wasnt missed.

Makadi Water World - Enjoyed the water slides with my young son. Only downside is without notice the resort demanded we deposit LE200 for each towel to be refunded on departure.
