Super great experience - That was really very good we would have picked up like hamam with all the trimmings and on sauna steam bath peeling foam mask plus massage the girls did that great really we go back the days for massage

Best massage experience I’ve ever had - This was by far the best massage experience I have ever had. Habiba was my masseuse and she did an amazing job. She was so gentle and attentive with helping me move around the spa so that I wouldn’t slip. The massage was superb. To say I was satisfied with the service would be an understatement. I was overly impressed and happy with her work. I plan to use Cleopatra for other services.

Extremely enjoyable - Had a Turkish bath and massage. I enjoyed every minute it was awesome. Would definitely recommend. Went in sauna for a while then steam room and then had clay put on all over then a lovely bubble wash followed by jacuzzi and all over massage.

Please refrain - As someone who takes reviews seriously, I feel the need to share my personal experience. This experience was completely misrepresented. Our reservation was confirmed for 17:00, but only 30 minutes prior, we were informed that the only available time was 18:30. The assigned agent local (+201090994907) ignored multiple calls, failed to help us find an alternative and failed to inform us that the pickup car was waiting outside while we were in the hotel lobby. We only received this information after the scheduled pickup time when we asked where the driver was.
The program itself was not as advertised. Only a full-body massage and a rushed sauna were provided. The sauna experience was uncomfortable, as staff watched us change in the massage room afterward. The full program, which was supposed to include a steam bath, peeling, a Moroccan mask, and a jacuzzi, was not delivered as promised.
The local operator acknowledged the issues and recommended a refund, but Viator refused as we had completed the “experience” This was a misleading and disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.
