Good Activity - the staff where very polite and informative during the trip , when we went for snorkelling they helped us

Boat sub - The atmosphere on the boat ,the staff were excellent this is a good trip for all ages to be that close to the coral and to see all the fish from the comfort of the boat

Would do it again - We had a lovely trip, the boat wasn't overloaded, we went out to a nice distance and had a very special surprise which we've NEVER had on these trips before. Staff were lovely, polite and no pushiness to buy things happened which is a bonus :-)

Unique experience - Me and my daughters absolutely loved this experience. It was nice and clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful. However, I wish we could have seen more sea life, but that's something beyond their control

Semi submarine experience - We were recommended by friends to do this semi submarine tour. It was very different experience. Cruise was well maintained both deck and submarine areas. It was equipped with washroom facility. We booked 3 pm slot. Semi submarine experience was really good. We also got drop and pickup to the hotel. The only thing disappointed that they didn't started the cruise before 3.30 We were on the cruise since 40 min, all other cruises left one by one but ours was there for 40 min. Other than this everything was good.

Bad Experience - Bad experience for our family. Was promised a boat trip of 3 hours, but was picked up 30 late, well over an hour in transport, and less than 2 hours on the water. Poor visibility, a lot of the same fish to see, and no lobsters or crabs at all. snorkel equipment half defective. the trip we incl. a water or soda. BUT we had to squeeze it out of them and we got MAX. 15 cl. in a small cup. And then they were very begging for us to tip, and came a total of 4 times singing where the Tip Box was. Disappointing experience

Cashing in but no trip - We were not picked up and therefore could not start the tour. Money refund is not available. FALL opened at Paypal.

Family trip, excursion booked in Desert Rose - Attention a bust!!! Everything on the boat costs extra, although it said soft drinks were free! 6.00 EUR for chips!!

Royal Sea Scope is a trap, watch out - The Royal Sea Scope Tour is only 90 minutes, it drives 10 minutes and docks opposite them in a broken house reef all the time, nothing to see, only a few fish, the tour is just money making, the cameraman on the boat is intrusive and you are always approached by him. The staff orders tips and collect them with duress. At the start we waited 30 minutes for the boat in the sun 45 degrees, it was no wind and my daughter was warm at the end of the day because of it. The tour is time and money disappearance, the ticket will get with 250 L.E at the counter and providers offer the tour with 200.L.E.

Photo scam - Beware of the photograph scam They take your picture, haggle for money. You pay them and get no pictures. This should not be allowed preying on tourists. DO NOT AGREE to any photos, take your own for a happy memory.
