Worth a visit- great service. - The sand city was beautiful although very small compared to what I was expecting. But still worth the visit. The transportation service was brilliant and the driver was very friendly.

Great day out! - Peter our guide, picked us up on time and we made the short trip from our hotel to the Sand City Museum. The museum is clean, lovely and kid friendly. Lots to see and even met one of the sculptors. His work is amazing. I definitely recommend this as a day out.

A little known gem - This little known outdoor museum near Hurghada was amazing. The sand sculptures were amazing, from Greek and Egyptian gods to Disney and Marvel characters. We spoke to one of the sculptors who was working on one of his new pieces. You can have a ride on a baby camel which was an experience ( extra cost). We worth the entry and private travel hire 30 US dollars for two of us.

Disappointing - It was a lot smaller than expected, only took around 30 minutes to walk around every sculpture. I was under the impression that we would be able to create our own sculptures from the description but no opportunity was given to do so.

Sculptures good but done in 10-15 minutes only - The sculptures were good but it only takes about 10-15 to see them all…. I wasn’t interested in the cartoon ones so it would have been longer if I had kids I suppose… I feel it was not value for money. The car ride there took nearly as long as the visit to the museum. It is advertised as 2-3 hours but with 15 mins to get there, 15 minutes to view the sculptures, and that was with me trying to take my time and trying to get away from the camel man who hassled me from the moment I arrived, then the 15 minutes back, it was less than 1 hour. Not worth €20 in my opinion.
