Massage - "The massage parlor I went to today exceeded all my expectations. The welcome was warm, and the ambiance of the place was both calming and elegant. nice spa - it was super nice; we were very relaxed, the peeling and coconut treatment was very good and basma & safah gave us a great massage!!
however, the photos of the spa online do not fully correspond to the actual facilities (although it was nice anyway) and the towels on the relaxing chairs were wet, which was not very relaxing. also the fan was on so it was quite cold in the relaxing room. overall a nice experience.

I wouldn't go there again - We were picked up at 12:45pm for our 11am pick up. The driver went to wrong hotels twice before he could find the right one.
Hammam experience was good, however the Jacuzzi was not working. They didn't mention anything till we got in and realized it was cold water! Then they tried to tell us its cold water because the weather is so hot, until the manager finally accepted the fact that Jacuzzi is supposed to be hot and that theirs was not working that day.
We decided to add on a massage instead, which was good.
The place was a little sketch. They did not even offer us towels to cover up to walk from the hammam to jacuzzi, while the whole staff of guys was just walking around with phones and gawking at us in our undergarments. We had to insist 2-3 times for even a towel to cover up!

Tourist factory line activities - You are taken care of like a herd with a drink stopwatch 3 min hammam 5 min jacuzzi 5 min and not even sauna because you have to follow! All this in a small group like a herd that we move! The massages are good but everything depends on the masseuse for my part I hurt for 1/2 hour I could tell her more gently she kept pressing and I screamed!
In short a not very positive experience for relaxation! And as for the price I had to pay on site the massage for 3 people 30$ more while s was included in my booking I do not find it correct on the part of Tripadvisor
