Massage / hammam - We loved it, the ladies are amazing. The transport from the hotel and back went well. It was all clean. Massage soft, medium or hard depending on guest requirements. If necessary, there is a disposable bikini, so please think of swimwear. Sauna and steam sauna were good. The bubble bath a real treat. Thank you!!!

The best spa experience in our week in egypt - Wonderful experience, I went with my girlfriend and her family on 6th of June 2024. The interior was clean and modern, the staff was helpful and kind, we had a 3pm reservation and had zero issues. We had sauna, steam sauna, deep cleaning with foam, coconut scrub which they wrapped us in and applied face mask after that we had a break for water and after that we had jacuzzi and massage, the massage was great for all of us. After we were done there was a guide sent by the agency waiting for us (this was because my girlfriends Brother couldnt come because of a sunburn) he asked if we wanted an extra massage which we declined but he was Kind enough to help us reschedule his appointment and on top of that he showed us around the neighborhood (which was super convinient as we were planning on doing that ourselves) he also helped us with the ATM and gave us some general tips, I cannot recommand this guy enough and he Works as a legit guide too and I can 100% guarantee him if you're in need of help (his name was Mena Alexander). For us everything about this spa and experience was great we came in a little stressed out and left satisfied and super relaxed 100% recommend this place. -Tomáš (Slovakia)

Body treatment at its finest! - The transfer was on time and in an air-conditioned car. Everything was very clean and well looked after! All treatments were well explained and totally fine. The massage was simply a dream, perfect. One of the best massages I've ever had! And the price - simply unbeatable!

Turkish Bath Experience - Excellent experience, really looked after us and even with the language barrier were kind and considerate. They were extra nice to my nervous 14 year old grand daughter making it very special

Great massage in a kids crèche - Where to start? I guess we felt a bit duped when we had read all the reviews on cleopatra spa only to find ourselves dropped off in a half finished shopping centre wondering where we were being taken. It certainly wasn’t the Cleopatra Spa we had read about in Hurghada with all the good reviews!!! Some comfort was had when we got to a unit on the second floor and saw other tourists, because when our taxi driver dropped us at the curb and we were to follow this unknown guy into what looked like a derelict building, we did have some significant concerns. The chaos began from the start. We changed in a make shift changing area and left our valuables in a minuscule box behind reception and were herded into a holding room before our wrist band indicated to staff we should be in the sauna. Our group were ushered in to a large hot sauna, which would have been fine apart from kids and toddlers screaming outside. 10 minutes later, our herd was led to a steam room which again would have been fine if it hadn’t been for screaming children, and a toddler, no more than about three, being lifted by one of the staff in an effort to put her into the room she clearly didn’t want to be in, which understandably left her shrieking for her mother. After 10 minutes the production line took us to the first of two rooms where we got rubbed and exfoliated while photographers took photos of us with bubbles. Kids were all around, some laughing and some crying. There was nothing relaxing about this experience. From this, we were then off to the salt rub and wrap room. Thankfully all was quite quiet in this room. After finishing here, we were to shower which was fun with virtually no water coming out of any of the working showers and they were hard to find. After we managed to remove the salt from our creases, we were asked to avail of the two large hot tubs, but politely declined … trying to sit back and relax in toddler soup about is not my idea of fun. Up to now, we were a bit disillusioned about the whole experience, if you haven’t already guessed and had our session ended here, it would have been a 1 star experience, never to be repeated, but the massage was the redeeming factor in this whole trip. In all my years I have never had a massage quite like it. Although the areas were clearly set up for the masses, with stalls and a bit of a curtain, I can safely say that when the head went down, the noise of kids was nowhere to be heard and my body felt like it had been reborn after a deep tissue massage that felt like he was going to break bits of me. Outstanding. If I could go again just for the massage and skip the rest I would. I’m sure the experience would have been far more enjoyable if it wasn’t for screaming kids. I would suggest that it should be made clear if a facility like this is adults only or not, on the information page. I can’t imagine Cleopatra would have been bathing in milk with a bunch of screaming toddlers around her so not sure we should have.

Not what was expecting. - It was busy and abit unorganised and rushed through. The best part was the massage. It did not feel like a v.i.p experience more like get in get out.

Cheap budget spa experience - The worst possible spa experience I have ever had in my life! Couldn’t think of anything worse! It’s like an airport - where they just treat you like a food manufacturing business! had a hamman spa - and just left us for 20 minutes - flys came running onto us! Jacuzzi had dirty water and dirty bits inside! The sauna was outdated and looked like it’s about to break down! Honestly spend more and go better! We thought we was going to the cleopatra one which is what we booked - but ended up at this sondos spa where the workers would happily laugh and snigger at you! No professionalism at all! The lockers look like they were about to fall apart - I’ve honestly never seen anything like it! Soon as you enter it’s a group full of men - can be very daunting especially if you are going with your other half! Avoid like the plague
