Excellent - The pick up and drop off service were amazing as well as the massage salon that we were taken ( Sondos Turkish Spa). Big shout out to Fatima and Rana who were our masseuses.

Good spa - Very good, spa. I enjoyed the experience and made some new friends. The only criticism was the journey back was very uncomfortable due to the driver going too fast over speed bumps.

Amazing value for the money paid - This was the first hammam experience and I have to say it was great. The body rub and foam massage was something new for me and a full body massage with oil was a perfect ending. Definitely recommending this

5* experience, absolutely amazing time. - We had an amazing experience! We are a group of muslim women, we were taken care of very well, all the staff were so considerate about our modesty they made sure we were in an only women section, being very careful no men came in and the massage just wow.
I will be booking again before I go home. Thank you :)

Best massage and spa - Amazing from start to finish. All the ladies were lovely and one went the extra mile to make it the funniest experience for my daughter. I asked for a hard massage and left feeling stress free. Highly recommended

They left me stranded and laughed about it. - The place they take you to is called Sugar Land, but it’s coded as ‘Serenity Spa.’ The spa felt rushed, and I barely got any time in the sauna or steam room—less than two minutes before I was hurried off to the Hammam. My session felt particularly rushed, as there were already eight people inside when I arrived. They had started before me, and I was the first to leave, even though we all arrived together.
After that, they put me in the jacuzzi last, after everyone else in my group. Then they left me stranded and told my transfer to leave without me. They expected me to wait for another group (who had just arrived) for 1 to 2 hours. It was getting dark, and they found it amusing that I was having an anxiety attack. They laughed and refused to help me get back. Instead, they took two other girls to their hotel after telling me someone was coming for me.
The whole experience was stressful, and I would never recommend this place because of the distress and discomfort they caused me. I’m absolutely disgusted by the way the staff and the transfer company treated me. They refused to help and kept telling me to call someone else. It was incredibly frustrating.
If you’re a female solo traveller, do not book this. It is not safe.
