Couldn’t be happier with this experience - Had such an amazing time! The captains commentary was hilarious and very entertaining while learning lots about Jervis Bay!! All the staff on the cruise were so lovely and had a real fun spirit! We saw several dolphins playing around in the water and would definitely recommend this tour!!!

Hecktic cuz - Loved the boom netting experience but it was too short, only a ten min ride. We enjoyed the whole experience even though no dolphins were sighted

Fun but bad organisation - It was our highlight in the trip to Jervis Bay. Booking online was easy. There were instructions given but it was not that easy to find someone helping on that day. Different queues were in the venue and we hardly knew which one we should go. At last we went to the one with a booth but the lady told us we should line up outside and wait for the boat. We were confused about where we should wait for the boats without any signs. No people knew where to queue exactly. Finally a boat arrived. The tour before us was so full! The boat was packed with people. Only one staff help so we took a long long time to get onto the boat. We tried to secure a seat first as we guess not all people could take a seat. The boom netting took place when returning only. Unfortunately we cannot see any dolphins in the cruise. The rain might influence the dolphins coming up. A pity. Staff assigned groups to everyone for the boom netting. They will call whose turn it is. The experience is much more fun than i expected. Luckily the water was not that cold. Our turn has about 10 minutes. Remember to bring towels and wear swimwear for the boom netting!

Nice staff but don’t do boom netting - Boom netting wasn’t a nice experience as you are breathing in the fumes from the engine the entire time in the net. A few of us had a bad headache after so we could not enjoy dolphin watching as much. The boat should have the net attached somewhere else, for example on the side like other companies do elsewhere e.g. Nelson Bay

Money back - We didn’t see any dolphins and didn’t get back the half of the money… pretty sad. Because it’s a dolphin cruise and when you don’t get what you wanna see, then it must be that you get a little money back
