A must do trip when in Iceland - What an amazing experience, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iceland’s. We opted for the minibus option and it did not disappoint, bus was comfortable and equipped with WiFi and charging ports. Our driver, Ori, was great, very knowledgeable and funny. The stops on the trip are breathtaking and a must see. The trip was easy to book through the viators website and email confirmation was immediate. I will definitely use viators when looking for future excursions.

Relax - Natural Wonders - History - The tour is well worth a day of your time! Iceland is all about getting out or Reykjavik and seeing the astounding natural wonders. There are walks up to a mile or so at most stops. They pick up close to each hotel, ours was the Hotel Reykjavik Centrum at Bus Stop 1, near City Hall. Our driver/guide was Anastasia and she was great. Sights include: - Historic first government annual meeting place from 900 AD - Pingvellir - Waterfalls - Geyser (this one started the term Geyser) - Icelandic Horse feeding and petting - Secret Lagoon thermal pool dip The time in the newer comfortable bus was nicely balanced between Anastasia’s narration/tips/guidance and pleasant music. If you like nature, history, or a relaxing well managed dip in a heated man made hot water pond this trip is a win for you.

Great Day - It was a great trip. The guide, Guna, was excellent. So much to learn about the geography and topography of Iceland. The itinerary was worthwhile and the stop for ice cream in view of the cows was delightful.

Golden Circle was just ok - This is my family's first visit to Iceland and we booked the Golden Circle as i was told it is a must see area of Iceland. My overall impression is that all the stops in the itinerary were just ok. We stopped at Golfoss (waterfall), The Geysir, Kerid Crater, and Thingviller National Park. It is an easy tour for people who cannot do a lot of walking or hiking. Our tour guide Dominic (he does not like to be called Nick, he says) made the tour more enjoyable. He talked about each attraction before dropping us off at each parking lot. Dominic also added a couple of extra stops which we enjoyed the most. First was the quick stop at a farm that let us see and pet their Islandic Horses. Being an animal lover, our family was really happy with this stop. Second extra stop was at a daily farm that also had an ice cream shop. The ice cream was freshly made from their cow's milk. Can't get any more delicious than that. Again, my overall opinion of this tour is that it was a good experience for first time tourists like us but compared to other sights we visited in Iceland, this was just an ok one.

Fabulous trip - What a really good tour. Our driver Siggy was brilliant. He was very informative. We had plenty of time at each stop to have a real good look round. The scenery was amazing. Well worth the money.

Good choice, worth the price - If you are first timer. This tour is worth it. I like a small bus as i can sit by my self n enjoy the view. The driver is nice. The price is good. I wish i vould stay longer in some places. But, its a guided group tour, so we have to be very efficient, so we can see everything.

Wasn't as amazing as I would have hoped - Compared to other tours in Iceland to choose from, I was not very impressed with this tour. Seeing the crater was alright. It was extremely windy to the point I didn't want to stand around too long since it was freezing. There was a waterfall to see, and not much else at that stop. Seeing where the tectonic plates meet up was a huge let down. We walked around and read some of the signs and plaques, but I was ready to leave fairly soon after getting off the bus.

Shortened tour, change of itinerary, great places to see - The tour guide said we would get back around 1800 (6pm) and we returned at 1530 (330pm). We felt like we got shorted 2+ hours of our tour. Also our itinerary changed. When I booked the tour we were supposed to go to another waterfall and a wool market. When I went back to the itinerary it had changed- so we didn’t have any proof of this. Also if you’re looking for a tour where they tell you a lot about Iceland, our guide really told us bare minimum information. But the places we saw were amazing, and we got to see a lot of Iceland in a fast amount of time. Just reviewing so other bookers know what they’re signing up for!
