• Golconda Fort - You will be picked up from your hotel in the evening and driven to the historic Golconda Fort that sits on top of a hill just outside Hyderabad.

The fort served as the capital of several dynasties - the Kakatiya dynasty between the 12th and 13th century, the Bahmani dynasty followed by the Qutub Shahi dynasty in the 16th and 17th century. The fort remained impregnable throughout its history except when it was conquered by the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1686 after a nine-month siege. Even then, it was conquered due to a traitor who opened the main gate to the enemy.
The show lasts for over an hour and features the voice of the Bollywood star, Amitabh Bachchan and music by well known Indian performers.
