Perfect day in Hyderabad! - Srinu my guide has been very professional and has taught me a lot. Seems like he loves his job. I will contact him again and spread the rumour of his competence.

Great tour - I had an amazing day exploring Hyderabad sights with my tour guide Mohan. He explained the history of Hyderabad and the places we visited very well and provided a lot of interesting details. He also recommended best spots for taking photos which was great. The lunch was also very good, a local place specialising on biryani. The tour was well organised and the timing for visiting each place was perfect.

I recommend 5senses - John was a perfect guide. Very relaxed, affable and knowledgeable. Easy company, which was appreciated as I was a solo traveler.

VA ladies day out in Hyderabad - Booking through Viator was best decision as we three ladies got the best guide. Srinu was hospitable and detail - oriented. We were travelling with 80 yrs old friend, i have mentioned it while booking that the tour schedule needs to be designed keeping that in factor and it was delivered as requested. Visitng in April Hyderabad temperature comes with scorching heat. Srinu and his team picked us up and dropped off at our AirBnB location. At every tourist location gave us enough time to explore and explained the historical significance. Made us walk though the timeline of each monument we have visited. My friends and i talked about and felt interested in Hyderabad's rich culture and heritage. Srinu made sure we get local food experience - going to Nimrah cafe, trying Irani Chai and Osmania biscuts, for lunch having authentic south inidan food was amazing. Shopping for Souveniors and gifts was made easy as part of the tour - srinu took us to local crafts shops and pearl stores. Overall my friends and i had a great one day tour. Glad we booked it through Viator to get an knowledgeable tour guide. Felt like we made friend. Highly recommend to book it.

A wonderful experience - John was an excellent guide. His knowledge of the city and friendly demeanor made for a truly memorable conversation and a memorable day. The man knows his history and he really paints a picture that helps you feel like you were truly there riding with the Nizams. Sprinkle that with a healthy dose of cultural immersion and an obvious presence amongst the city folk, you’ll get to meet some wonderfully friendly and inviting people. Hyderabad Tour - He was exactly on time in the lobby with my hotel and the tour was great, he was able to answer all the questions all I had about the historic places.

Great tour but had some forced shopping! - This tour was very good. They took me to all the local fortresses and tombs around Hyderabad. I thought it was a very high quality. And the sites were very much worth the cost. The lunch was veg and was a very high quality and a very interesting Thali set with yoghurt and a nice dessert. The guide was very knowledgeable and spent a long time with me explaining and answering my questions. The only downsides were: -I asked many times NOT to do shopping and the guide still forced me to go into shops. I think the guide or company gets some kick back from these companies to lead the tourists into jewelry shops, carpet shops, and handicrafts shops. I suppose this might be ok if the customer really wants to shop but the guide still pushed it even though I had asked not to do it. When they took me in the shop I immediately just walked out because I had clearly asked not to shop as I was just a single guy (who had not much income to spend since my credit card had been stolen in the airport). -I also found the guide was on his phone quite a bit arranging other tours all over the world. He seemed quite busy talking with other tour companies and making deals and there were moments he was not fully present in the conversation. But overall the experience was good deserved 4 out of 5 stars except for the shopping part.
