A Disappointing Ibiza Boat Trip - On Friday, September 13th, our Ibiza boat trip turned into a complete nightmare. Despite a 2-hour delay due to poor weather, our troubles only began upon boarding. The crew was unwelcoming and insisted that our group of four share a double bed and two chairs. Safety measures were nonexistent, and we received zero information about the day's plans. To our dismay, we discovered the boat was not private but also carried passengers between Ibiza and Formentera. As the rain poured, we were forced to huddle on the lower deck, as the top deck offered no shelter. Breakfast was a non-existent disappointment, as we were not provided with anything at the beginning of our excursion. While the paella cooking show was enjoyable, the paella itself was the only redeeming factor of the day. The staff failed to inform us about available water sports like paddle surfing and seabobbing or whether we were in Cala Saona. To add insult to injury, they provided only one towel for our entire group of four! Our day in Formentera was cut short, and upon returning to the boat, we were met with a far cry from the advertised champagne and sushi. We received a measly eight pieces of sushi per couple and were told that was all we would get. After complaining, we reluctantly received a few extra pieces. The crew's overall attitude was indifferent and unfriendly. Given the numerous shortcomings and the complete lack of adherence to the advertised amenities, we strongly urge others to avoid this boat trip. A partial refund is warranted to compensate for the significant discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered.

Very poor experience - I would not recommend this boat cruise to anyone for the price that we paid. We did not receive what we have been promised on the advert and on the ticket itself. First , we received an email the night before that due to organisational reasons we will start the trip 2hours later. As much as I understand that...we should be offered a partial refund for missing breakfast and time . However we did not and on top of that the staff did not even apologise or explain. When we asked about breakfast one member of staff shook the shoulders and said " well... we started late so we won't have breakfast " .... Upstairs there were sunbeds , we have been asked to share a bed ( 1 per couple ) , the size was ok to share however !...why ?? If we paid 113 per person then why do we share ? What if I went by myself ... would I still be asked to share with a stranger ? It seems ridiculous but I paid for myself and I expect a bit more that what we received. The cooking paella show was very nice and the food itself was delicious. Ok the way back when the time for dinner came we have been given 1 tray of sushi ( 8 pieces) to SHARE as a couple. Why was this advertised as DINNER .. we asked if we can have more and the answer was " 4 pieces per person " ... okay that's a snack so don't false advertise. Second why doni need to share and not have my own plate. ( this time was okay because I was with my partner but again the point is what about someone going solo ). Therefore the overall experience was bad. It was a waste of money and time and me and my friends felt like we needed to ask to get anything rather than being taken care of like it was advertised. I honestly never written a bad review but this trip just spoiled our day and its not worth the money at all !
