In this Colonial Architecture Hacienda, we will learn about the history of Ica during the Viceroyalty of Peru and the traditions inherited from the Spanish, as well as the grape production that would later become wine and pisco.

On Mondays, Hacienda Tacama is closed. Therefore, on this day, we will visit Hacienda Vista Alegre.
- Hacienda DestilerÃa La Caravedo - We will also visit the best distillery in Peru, Hacienda DestilerÃa La Caravedo, a beautiful colonial Hacienda that has been producing the finest pisco since 1684. Here, we will learn all about the history and origin of pisco.
- Pisco Nietto - We will visit the Artisanal Winery known as Pisco Nietto , which will serve as a comparison point between the large-scale production of a hacienda and an artisanal winery. Here, we can enjoy not only wine or pisco, we will taste various drinks derived from pisco such as Mistelas and Pisco Creams, which have been invented by artisanal producers.

- Huacachina - We will visit the Oasis of Huacachina, where we will explore the only oasis in South America, which impresses with its immense sand dunes and its beautiful view.
At this point, we will join to the best adrenaline activity in the desert, the Buggy and Sandboarding, here you will enjoy the sunset in the desert.
