A Stand Out Experience!! - Seeing the Aurora Borealis has been a dream for a long time. I knew we had booked with the correct business when I received an inquiry from Heimir a day prior, asking if we were available the night before due to increased viewing opportunities. We weren't yet in the country, and the next day, he sent careful updates to keep us posted. Viewing possibilities surged late in the day, and we were a go! Heimir picked us up at our designated meeting point close to our hotel, and we were off on our adventure - and saw a spectacular showing of the lights! The small group size was helpful, easier to get great photos without artifact. Heimir is a great photographer and took amazing pictures that were shared with the group. He helped my photographer daughter and had a tripod for her to use during the excursion. Celebrating afterwards with Icelandic candy, cardamon donuts, hot chocolate and local specialties was the icing on the cake. The use of the warm suits he had helped make us all very warm and cozy during the 3 hours outside - that wind chills. Despite 3 appropriate layers of clothing, the use of the suit helped make the night a success. I highly recommend this outing..... Thank you, Heimir!!! Lifetime memories were made.

Awesome - We had a great time! They confirmed our outing earlier in the day and the bus showed up on time. We went to a remote location with no other buses and our guide was so excited about the lights. We were lucky enough to see the lights. Our guide provided snacks and drinks. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it to family and friends.

Spectacular northern light show - OMG did we get incredibly lucky on our tour. The tour guide was excellent leading us to a spot that we saw the most spectacular northern light show, appearing about 1:00am. Had some hot chocolate , it was cold at that time. Super blessed to see them in all of their glory. Please remember to tip your tour guides it is very much appreciated.

A highlight of our trip - We had an amazing experience on this trip with Heimir, I couldn’t recommend him enough. He was so kind and so knowledgeable and really made our northern lights experience special. I went with my mom and we booked to go our first night of our trip as we knew seeing them would all be by chance. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see anything on our first night but Heimir still made it a great night considering we were out in the middle of the night in the freezing cold. Since we were unlucky on our first night we were invited back on another night to try again which we were very grateful for. Luckily that night we got some amazing lights. Again Heimir was lovely, making sure we were comfortable while we waited. He set us up with chairs, hot chocolate and the warm suits which were very appreciated! We got an amazing show thankfully in the end and really was a highlight of our trip, with amazing pictures captured by Heimir. Thank you Heimir for making it so great! Hopefully we will be back in Iceland one day and will definitely book on again.

Successful long time expected experience. - March 24 was an excelent night for auroras: solar storm and clear skys. The guide looked for the best place. The suits, the chairs and the snacks made the difference. Highly recomendable. A good camera is necesary to see bright green and purple that the eye cannot perceive.

Best Northern Lights Tour in Iceland - We had the most incredible night on our Northern Lights tour with Heimir. He took us to a spot off the beaten path. We were the only group there and got a magnificent show of the lights for about 2 hours. He had chairs for us, warm body suits and a delicious assortment of Icelandic snacks and hot chocolate. He showed us how to take photos with our phones and also took pictures of us with his professional camera. As we were pulling away for the night the lights came out again so Heimir pulled back in and we got off the bus quickly for another display. Then again, about half way back to the city, he saw another display and pulled up onto a hillside for a grand finale. He really knows what he’s doing and was a very gracious and kind guide. I would recommend this company over and over again!

ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE - Heimir was an amazing guide who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a special trip. The conditions were great and I got to see the northern lights on my first night in Iceland, an experience I’ll never forget. He set up chairs, had iPhone stands, snacks and hot chocolate for us to enjoy as well. You could freely take breaks to warm up in the van. It was 11/10 experience I would definitely go again.
