Unforgettable day! - Our guide Vala was amazing. She had wonderful stories and historical facts to share. The tour and lunch at the greenhouse and horse farm were so interesting and we had a fun group experience! The natural beauty of the water falls, geyser and mountains was breathtaking. There were closures to the National Park due to the Nordic Council Summit so she made an alternate stop at a dairy for ice cream and a beach where we saw bread in the ground being baked by the geothermal earth. She was creative and fun! Also a good driver, it was raining and foggy. Thank you for an unforgettable day.

Fantastic experience - What a wonderful trip! Our guide, Omar, was lovely and cracked hilarious jokes. As a solo traveller I was quite nervous but I am so glad I chose this trip. If you are looking for a golden circle tour and don’t want to be in a huge bus full of people I highly recommend this day tour

Favourite trip! - I loved this day!! Monika is a dream. She made the trip for me. Monika is so full of facts, knowledge and passion about Iceland it's hard not to fall (more) in love with the place. Loved the printouts/information that was provided throughout the trip that added a deeper level of understanding when she was pointing out places and things of interest. I knew what an eruption was in theory but now I know what it really is and how that informs life in Iceland. LOVED the playlist which enabled me to be in the space whilst travelling about (I know, I'm a hippie but there's no other way to describe it). Friendly, funny, and informative can't fault Monika at all (so much so that for all our subsequent trips we were praying for her when we got shuffled into our smaller groups, haha!) The actual trip highlights for me were the tomato farm and the horse show. A tomato is a tomato but I've never had a tomato quite like this! The whole place has such a special aura about it, quite surreal. The restaurant is stunning. It's a lovely warm space to exist in for a while. It was a little pricey but the portions are super generous and we could have done one of each dish between us truth be told. However, a bit of indulgence is good for the soul. The horses were gorgeous and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Was amazing to see the horses and their special characteristics and get a chance to meet them. Naturally, the other places we visited were as usual, mind-blowing and definitely worth a visit but these extra bits made the trip for us. Being on a smaller bus made a real difference. We were able to take in the stops in good time, be a bit more flexible and make sure we didn't miss anything. Thank you Monika!!

Excellent!!! - We had brilliant sunshine and a wonderful tour with Monika. She excelled in the information she supplied about the sites and Iceland. I have some mobility issues and a front seat was reserved as requested. Monika had options in many locations to reduce the walking I needed to do. She even moved the van closer at times. This is an excellent way to get a taste (oh those tomatoes!) of Iceland in an easy stress-free way. Thanks Bustravel and Monika!

Superb Day Trip - This trip is amazing. It's a fairly long day, but the sights you get to see are incredible. Being a small group made it even better. Sindri R is without doubt the best tour guide we have had, so knowledgeable, extremely chatty, but it was so interesting that you found yourself glued to the information. I am disabled but although I was unable to walk some of the paths, Sindri was really good at telling us all the information.

As a small group tour TOP - It was really a premium tour. Danke an Michael. He explained everything well and in detail from the beginning. Driven safely and clearly, sometimes stopped outside the designated points for photos. The stop at the horse stable and the tomato farm was great (eat fresh tomato soup. mmhh) at all sights we had ample time to look and photograph. The tour is long but worth it.

A Great Tour of Iceland - Our guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable, gave us an historical perspective, and explained everything about Iceland as we drove through the country. He never rushed us as we explored different places. He was very personable; in fact, he memorized everyone's name. What's more, we felt completely safe while under his supervision. Seeing the stark contrast in the landscape was most interesting. Being an energetic gardener, I thought, who wants to go to a tomato farm? But it was so fascinating and the technology, unbelievable. We knew nothing about Iceland when we arrived, but we gained a lot of insight into the culture. While visiting Iceland, we highly recommend this tour. Harold and Pat Baskin

Good solid tour - This was a solid tour and we hit spots (especially the tomato farm) that we would not have enjoyed on our own probably. We also saw a lot of the Golden Circle in just a short amount of time. It was still a group tour so that is just part of the dynamic and we had already done a VERY comprehensive tour the day before so we heard a lot of the same things, but overall this was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Good price, excellent tour - "Zack" was a great driver, we stopped at several photo spots. The weather was also kind to us. Due to the small size of the group, the tour was very enjoyable.
