Everything went according to plan: magnificent organization, we were picked up on time in the agreed place and I think they did everything possible to make our experience unforgettable. Your auroras!! - A fantastic tour!! They gave everything so we could see the beautiful auroras !! And you guide them some machines!! And in the end they gave us a delicious chocolate with some typical sweets!

Not exactly what you expect - We chose this tour based on the great reviews, and especially for the “premium” 4x4 tour with small group. So you expect that something more than other similar hikes. However this premium tour includes - one hour delay on pick up - very vague reply to our pick-up detail message - dilapidated “premium” bus with handbrake not working properly - very uncomfortable seats with seat belts that locked each time - heat ventilation (outside were -3 degrees and maybe worse) not working well - hot chocolate taken in a self service at the gas station without the treats - the idea of the 4x4 is useless because it stopped at the side of the road - logistical explanations given a bit confusing - drop-off left not where we started However the Northern Lights were seen, it was beautiful!! Includes photographs with a professional camera (will send them by email) and explanation of the Northern Lights I was expecting that extra “premium” that you haven’t seen... on the contrary...
