Hike with Made - 10/10 Experience - Our guide Made was AMAZING! Highly recommend requesting Made for this tour. She made the experience a 10/10!! Best day ever

An amazing experience - We had an amazing time with my wife, we had the chance to have Made as our guide. She helped us through the 1h20 hour of ascension up to the top at 1700 meters, while telling us lots of interesting facts about the volcano and about Bali in general. After arriving at the top, we were provided with a breakfast and a hot coffee, ready to wait for the sun to rise. After the sun had risen, Made took amazing pictures of my wife and me, and showed us some spots where we could see steam coming out of the volcano, where they sometimes cook eggs. This is definitely something to see in Bali, and even if the climbing might be hard for some, the reward is really worth it. Don't forget to take some warm clothes, it is a lot colder up there, as well as a good pair of shoes. You can still find some jackets and blankets for rent at the spot in case you need it. Thanks again to Made, without her this trip wouldn't have been this amazing !

Moderate/Difficult hike up, but worth the amazing sunrise at the top with our excellent tour guide Ayu! - My experience with hiking Mt. Batur was a high 10 out of 5! Since it was that amazing and beautiful at the top for sunrise. The lovely and bright minded Ayu was our tour guide for the hike. She assisted us with the utmost care, knowledge and friendliness! Aside from her great knowledge of hiking Mt. Batur, she encouraged us when we were tired and didn’t feel like we would make it to the top. She would continue to inform us that “you got this, almost there!” Along with her even holding my hand certain parts of the hike heading up and even back down the treacherous hike. If you’re looking for a caring, encouraging, kind and knowledge guide, please find Ayu!

Great guide! - What an amazing experience. The views were amazing but what really made the experience excellent was the guide: Made winarti. She let you decide the pace, she is very kind and tells you in a humoristic way about the hike. And she wants to make the best pictures and video’s of you, even if you’re not asking for it at all! Sunrise Walk - We had a wonderful tour up the mountain. The guide was very helpful and kind. Made supported us on the walk she helped find the best and most efficient route. The food was lovely we had water given at the start then hot chocolate and banana sandwiches at the top. Made Winarti took picture for us and supported us on the way down offering a helping hand. She was really positive and taught us some Balinese. Thank you

Sunrise on Mt Batur - We had an amazing time climbing Mt Batur with our local guide Ayu . She was very knowledgeable of the area and look after us very well . We can highly recommend her. Thank you Ayu.

Would do again. Not with this company - Even though the day was cloudy and there wasn’t that good a view the treck was good. Moderate walk to the top. Would do it again just not with this company Had track a number dian for them to confirm my pick up location. Impossible to catch. Pick up time was changed from original time by driver to 1.30am which was lucky I saw. Poor kid almost fell asleep driving there and we nearly had a head on collision. On the way back he diverted to pick up a family member which put a lengthy delay to getting home. Had no info about the trip or hike but anyone which alot of reviews said they had
