From Ierapetra’s port, we will be embarking on the boat and start our sail towards Chrissi island. - Chrissi Island - Chrissi Island meaning Golden Beach is an uninhabited island 9 miles south of the town of Ierapetra. Most of the island is covered with golden sand and ¼ of the island is covered from the rare variety of Lebanon cedars. Cruise to this uninhabited island that is around 15 kilometers south of Ierapetra. Moor on either south or north side of the island, swim in Chrissi Island’s most stunning turquoise waters and soak up the sun in this magical place of natural beauty. This small island is only 7 kilometers in length and covers an area of 4,743 kilometers. There is a path running through the island and its cedar forest to the beach of Belegrina or Chrissi Ammos, an exotic beach. On the east side of the beach, one can find a wide variety of seashells. As you will be located in one of the southernmost parts of Europe, make sure to relax and enjoy a day in an unspoiled environment by swimming in turquoise crystal clear waters, sunbathe and rest under a cedar tree.

Crete authenticates the south east - The north coast: west and east is super touristy. Clubs, music, cars and confusion.
The central mountainous part is characteristic, narrow roads, agriculture, pastures, vineyards and olive trees.
The south leads to the sea, small towns, small groups, some supermarkets and a lot of real Crete. We chose it at random but it's a fantastic place. Free beaches, taverns, sun and sea.

Great value for money and 100% recommend - Great trip, does exactly what it says on the tin. Pick up included and 4 minute walk from the hot. Offered tablets for travel sickness and was very friendly and informative. Views during bud journey are amazing, boat trip very nice and was lucky enough to see dolphins. Chrissi island was a beautiful experience. Water crystal clear and warm and lots of time to swim and explore.
Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely day at the island - Totally recommended!!! We had a lovely day at Chrissi and the option of pick-up and drop off was much appreciated in our case. The guides are multilingual and make sure everyone is updated with all relevant information as well as general tips about the island. They will also make sure you are on time onboard. Besides the company was easy to reach out to and had a quick response. Last but not least, I forgot my sunglasses in the bus and got them delivered to my hotel on a the next day. This is this kind of a customer service which is difficult to find nowadays.

Very nice island! - Very nice trip! First you can have a quick look at St. George monastery and have a cup of coffee. Next stop is in the town of Ierapetra, the southest town of Europe. I advise you to have a look at the main church of the town, it is very beautiful. And then you get to the desert island by boat, it is very beautiful and wild - with a romantic golden beach and leaning trees nest to the beach that give you a perfect shadow to rest. I would also advise not to stay only on the beach but to find a unique little church of 14th century - with bells and icons and very special atmosphere! And in general remember - such wild virgin places are great source of energy, all you need is to see, listen and open your heart...

Visit to Chriss island - We had a great trip to
Chriss Island! We can absolutely recommend it! The Island is beautiful and you have to see it when you’re on Krete. The tour guide Micl was very nice and helpful. He explained a lot and took really care of us! We had a lot of questions and he didn’t get tired answering them all very patiently and nicely with a lot of knowledge about the Island. Also the bus driver dis a great job by driving smoothly and helping another bus driver with a problem. So all together a great experience and wonderful day!

An amazing trip but picutures and information need to be updated - A wonderful experiance. Beautiful sand and turquoise water with stunning views. Our trip consisted of one tour group and that was it on the island, no fighting for space and no worrying about our luggage and everyone there needed to get back on the same boat. We went snorkelling, the nature was truly stunning with schools of fish swimming around and under you of various different types.
For the downsides. the pictures and information make it seem that there are facilities on the island but due to recent rules aimed to protect the nature around Chrissi island so now as of September 2024 these no longer exist, no beach bar, no sun lounger or beach parasol. Also due to this rule, the boat cannot dock on the island. We found this out on the boat itself that they anchor about 10 meters off the island and you need to jump off and swim so it might not be the trip for you if you cannot swim. They do bring your bags from the boat to the shore with a Dingy and collect them at the end of the trip though.
All those negatives I would say could be mitigated if the post simply updates the information and pictures for the trip to better reflect its reality.
Overall despite the surprises I really loved the trip, its a lovely island teeming with nature and stunning sand and water with only the people that come on the trip with you.

Great day - Lovely nice trip during heatwave days, cool bus ( they missed me at the startingpoint but was very quickly and attentively corrected) cool breeze on the boat, cool water to swim in with bounty island view and colors.

Beautiful island, pick-up... - Beautiful island, pick-up was good and on time. We didn't get much information about the island, and the paths weren't very clear. We went to Kataprosopo Beach to snorkel but the road to it was a bit adventurous, first go up to the abandoned little house and then go down again, but the paths aren't clear so watch your step. The beach was beautiful, and only 4 other people were there.
