Ifrane - The expedition from Fes begins as we travel through Ifrane, a winter ski resort built by the French in the 1930s, designed to emulate the charm of a Swiss village.

Azrou Cedar Forest - Continue by traveling through the cedar forest in Azrou, where monkeys can be spotted, then cross the Middle Atlas Mountains. Much of the day will be spent navigating through beautiful forests, springs, rugged rock formations, and Berber villages as the journey crosses the Atlas Mountains and begins the descent toward the Sahara Desert.

Midelt - At the midpoint, enjoy a lunch break in the town of Midelt, known for its fossils and rocks. Afterward, the journey continues towards Merzouga along the road.

Merzouga - Stop to admire a sweeping panoramic view of the vast oasis filled with palm trees before arriving in Merzouga in the afternoon. After a refreshing mint tea break, the guide and camels will be ready to transport you across the sandy dunes of the Erg Chebbi. Delight in the beauty of the sunset during the camel ride, and after an hour’s journey, arrive at the desert camp to spend the night in an authentic Berber tent. At the desert abode, the camels are secured, and mint tea is graciously served. Conclude the evening with a delightful dinner, and as you lay beneath the desert sky, enjoy stargazing until drifting into a peaceful sleep.

Merzouga Desert-Rose Valley - Marrakech

Marrakech - At dawn, before the Sahara Desert awakens, enjoy the unforgettable spectacle of sunrise amidst the Erg Chebbi dunes. Following this natural wonder, mount the camels once more, heading towards the tent for a tranquil breakfast and shower (depending on the camp choice, these amenities may precede the camel ride). Departing the desert, the journey to Marrakech begins, traversing acacia plateaus and rocky deserts. Along the way, pause at the Rose Valley to relax, savor traditional Moroccan cuisine, and rejuvenate before continuing the journey. Around 8:00 p.m., arrive in Marrakech, bidding farewell after an enchanting Moroccan desert adventure.
