Reliable, friendly service - The company accommodated us with a last-minute schedule change. The English-speaking driver was friendly and helpful. He helped us though the border crossing and got us to the airport on time. Car was clean and in good condition. Recommended.

Poor Communication - Although it all worked out and we were picked up basically on time, the communication was very poor with this company. I asked a couple of questions beforehand through the Viator app and had no response from Nordic Travel. After a couple of days, I contacted Viator customer support who tried to contact Nordic Travel and they said they did not get a response either. Nordic Travel subsequently contacted me on my travel date via WhatsApp. ALL communication was in Spanish so be certain to have a translation app if you are not a Spanish speaker.

Strongly not recommend... - Strongly not recommend unless you know exactly where you are going. Very exhausting and disappointing service. No communication about where the driver would meet us, we looked for the driver everywhere in the airport and no one, one waited at the door the other one continued looking till we were the last people in the airport and no one showed up. Only good thing was another company which has a counter in the airport, we were the last flight otherwise would be stuck in the airport all night. They left us an emergency number we called, texted, whatsapped but nobody answered. They refused the refund and Viator is no help either refusing the refund, told us there's someone with a small logo on the shirt, but no one was there, for almost an hour we waited and looked everywhere till everyone left. Nobody tried to contact you either. If you're first time, you'll have a very hard time locating them (they should tell you where they wait you shouldn't even need to look for them everywhere in the first place), won't even now they show up or not, won't receive any communication, no way to contact them, don't expect them to contact you, and you won't receive any refund.
