Having our Eat, Pray, Love moment Under the Tuscan Sun - Camilla and her property were lovely hosts for this cooking class. After previous failed attempts at making pasta at home, we were provided excellent instruction and recipes to make tagliatelle and tortelloni, zucchini and cheese skewers, and a few types of focaccia. I will recommend this to anyone on holiday in the Chianti region.

What a great experience! - The lessons were helpful and the resulting food was great! It was a real treat to enjoy local ingredients in a beautiful setting. Olive oil, wine, herbs and more from the farm and garden came together in simple, delicious dishes. We are looking forward to trying out some of the recipes at home.

The BEST Cooking Class Ever - Fabrizio was such an amazing teacher! Our family of five had the best time cooking with him. He was patient and encouraging all while making us feel so welcome and giving us an answer to every question we had! If we ever find ourselves in this region of Italy again we'll be back!

Excellent teacher, beautiful views - We made so much excellent food in a short time - the instructor is kind, knowledgeable and good at communicating the best techniques. We had trouble finding the place - verify your directions and allow a little extra time. Once you get there it is beautiful and the family farm setting is peaceful.

Amazing hostess, food and wine! - Camilla was a wonderful hostess! She was very knowledgeable and made the cooking class easy, yet fun! The view of the surrounding valley and Olive Grove was beautiful. The food was amazing. We made homemade pasta and tortellini stuffed with ricotta, lemon zest and salt and pepper. We also made a lot of bread. We got to taste her delicious wine. Both her and her husband have an Olive Grove, as well as a small winery. There were nine of us in total and we enjoyed meeting new people from different parts of the World. As with any place in Italy that is beautiful and has olive trees and vineyards, there were some narrow gravel roads you had to traverse. Well worth the trip and I highly recommend doing this cooking class rather than one in a city or hotel.

Fun day in Chianti - While in the Tuscany area, we can’t recommend this tour enough. Tucked away in the country side of the Chianti region, you will find Camilla's farm. The view from the Terrance is also worth the drive . It’s easy to navigate to the spot, although, a bit of a challenge to get up the small country road to the farm. Once there, you will be greeted by Camilla and her family. She makes you feel like family and before you know it, the entire small group becomes one family. She has a prepared lesson that walks you through the basics of bread and pasta making and it is truly a hands on experience where you get to learn and ask questions and have fun while doing it. She cooks the food you prepare and you will have an amazing lunch. They make their own wine, that you will get to enjoy before and with lunch as well as their own olive oil that you will use. We felt it was the highlight of our trip to Italy to that point and would recommend to anyone. We knew she would share her recipes but was thinking it would be only the ones we prepared that day. We ended up with a recipes book with so many different recipe's that she uses for her family and can’t wait to head home and try them. We would highly suggest you book this and enjoy a day with Camila. Greg and Cathy Canada.
