Book EC Tours El Salvador - 4 day Package - In short: book with EC tours if you want a personal guided experience! This was definitely the best decision we made to travel through El Salvador. Long version: My friend found the rainbow slide tour on their website and noticed they have a 4-day excursion package. My friend and I were traveling together so we wanted to book with an agency for comfort. EC tours sent us a PDF with the itinerary and we requested special additions to go to El Tunco beach and we swapped activities to accommodate our flight. Vanessa sent us the new itinerary the very next day and we booked with them ASAP. There was no back and forth, no questions, hotel was included - super easy! Our driver (Cesar) and tour guide (Joshy) were waiting for us at the airport. Joshy greeted us with big smiles and hugs. Cesar was also very welcoming. We were pleased that Cesar and Joshy stayed with us for all 4 days. They told us what time to be ready and they took care of everything. This was my first time using an agency and I felt totally relaxed because everything was so well organized. Joshy and Cesar even went out of their way to help us find certain foods we wanted to try. They truly made our experience so personal and easy. At the end of the 4 days, we were friends and we hope to visit El Salvador again. Be ready for an a$$ kicking hike - I can't explain what an incredible experience this was. I hiked it with Joshy and Harrison and I'm telling you right now, I did not think it was a difficult hike at all. However I am a gym goer and in very good shape. Do not do this hike if you're gonna slow down the tour guides or blame them for you not being able to accomplish it. That being said, go hard or stay home. For those of you who can hike, do it. You won't regret it. Joshy and Harrison are absolutely amazing. And just sweethearts. I couldn't ask for a better hiking duo.

Spectacular Vacation - Amazing experience, excellent team (Wendy and Walter) who supported us throughout the journey, making it more fun and with a lot of history. I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Best Tour and Service - I booked a few tours and services throughout my 4 night stay in El Salvador. Don Walter and Joshy were fantastic during our first tour which was the volcano hike. They recommended good food, artisan coffee, and had great conversation. We also did another tour with Don Walter and Lisbeth, and could not recommend them enough. I am planning another trip and will book them again for all of my activity and transportation needs. Everyone is super professional, on time, and super knowledgeable.

Highly recommend EC Tours! - This is hands down one of the best tour experiences I went on. Alex, Wendy, Melissa, and Sophia were great on my 4 days 3 nights experience. Pick up/drop off was seamless, the tours were fun, and the hotel that was arranged for us was great!

Do this hike! - My husband and I have a fantastic time. Ricardo was great. The volcano is so beautiful and the popsicles at the top are delicious. Afterwards, you go eat lunch by the lake. Ask Ricardo about his drumming and his music!

Outstanding Tour of Santa Ana Volcano, Tazumal & More! - EC Tours is fantastic in every way: fast and helpful communication, accommodating of custom changes to tours where possible, extremely knowledgeable guide (gracias Melissa!) and excellent/safe driver (gracias William!). My tour was a custom solo tour from San Salvador to Santa Ana for the hike, to Tazumal and a coffee plantation with stops along the way at quaint towns and snack shops. A wonderful experience from start to finish that I will always treasure. And when I return to El Salvador I will be using EC Tours for more adventures. Muchas gracias Edwin and EC Tours!

Santa Ana Volcano - My guide, Jocelyn, was attentive and very sweet, professional guide. We enjoyed hiking at the volcano, and having lunch by the lake.

El Salvador is a gem! - El Salvador was fantastic and we really appreciated our tour guide Jocelyn. Our drivers were excellent and we felt confident the whole time. Some restaurant choices were just ok while others were fantastic. We were surprised that at times others were added into our private tour but we ended up getting along really well so it worked out in the end. Overall good experience.
