DAY 1

• Arrival in Vienna. A local guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.

DAY 2

• Meet with Michael Pohancenik, who will accompany you for the remainder of your holiday, along with a local guide. They will introduce you to the main city landmarks along the impressive Ringstrasse, including the renowned Opera House, Hofburg, Parliament, Vienna’s Rathaus, and the historic city center. You’ll explore the city’s most romantic corners, famous shopping streets, and visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

DAY 3

• Transfer to Budapest with a brief stop in the Slovak capital, Bratislava, where a local guide will highlight the city’s attractions. Continue to Budapest to explore top city sights, including the 13th-century Buda Castle, Castle Hill, Market Hall, St. Stephen’s Basilica, and Vaci Street with your private guide, gaining insight into centuries of Hungarian history.

DAY 4

• In the morning, transfer back to Vienna. In the afternoon, explore Vienna’s palaces, including Belvedere and the royal summer residence of Schönbrunn Palace. Spend time in Schönbrunn Garden and the palace rooms.

DAY 5

• Journey into Austria’s Lake District, passing through charming towns like Bad Ischl, and stopping in the picturesque village of Hallstatt. After this memorable visit, continue to the musical town of Salzburg, the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Meet a local guide and explore the Fortress, Getreidegasse, Mozart’s Birthplace, and famous shopping streets. Overnight in Salzburg.

DAY 6

• Enjoy more time to explore the beautiful town of Salzburg.

DAY 7

• Transfer to Cesky Krumlov for a tour of this stunning medieval town, once owned by the wealthiest families in the Czech Republic. After a wonderful experience, continue to Prague for an overnight stay.

DAY 8

• Discover one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, Prague. Meet with a local guide who will take you to the top of Castle Hill. From there, walk through the historical Hradcany area towards Prague Castle, seeing sights such as St. Vitus Cathedral, the John Lennon Wall, Kampa Island, Old Town Square, and City Hall. You’ll also have the chance to see a variety of famous attractions, including Powder Tower, the Municipal House, Wenceslas Square, Klementinum, and the Gherry Building or “Dancing House.”

DAY 9

• Additional time for shopping before departure.
