Enjoy our complimentary pick-up service from your Athens hotel with our air-conditioned mini van, taking you on a 30-minute drive to the dive sites.
Upon arrival at the dive site, your experienced instructor will provide a brief overview of what to expect and teach you a few simple skills necessary for safe diving. These include mask clearing, ear equalization to water pressure, regulator usage, proper fin kicking, and basic hand signals.
Your instructor will also supply all the essential scuba gear, which is well-maintained annually and relatively new. This includes a mask, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device, wetsuit, dive gauges, and a tank.
After the briefing, it’s time for the excitement: In waters no deeper than 30 feet (10 meters), you’ll experience breathing underwater for the first time in crystal-clear, warm waters! You’ll encounter marine life such as eels, octopuses, sea bass, bream, and various schools of Mediterranean fish, along with numerous macro creatures.
All beginners will scuba dive in small groups of no more than six divers per instructor, ensuring personalized attention for each participant. Additionally, all divers are insured by DAN.
Lastly, our crew has an underwater camera and, if you wish, we can capture all your memories and provide them to you at the end of the dive, free of charge!
