Waterfall climb - We had a wonderful experience visiting the mountains. I got to climb up and see some of the waterfalls and some of the culture and people my guide made sure he found somebody to help me up the mountain, a reliable young man who was very kind and patient.

An authentic Moroccan experience - It is an excursion that lets you live the all-round Moroccan experience. Starting from the explanations provided by the shopping guide made directly together with a local market and then prepared in his chalet in the countryside. Mention to the guide who was always pleasant and accommodating in any need, Abdul was pleasant company. The excursion is worth it if you are looking to live the Moroccan experience rather than to visit something exciting in particular. The emotion lies in the lived experience.

Great tour with Abdul - From the first moment the guide made us feel very welcome, taking us to a Berber house, to the 2000 meter mountains, to see the monkeys and the cedar forest, etc... and snowing in Morocco!! The final surprise was the food that his family prepared for us in the adobe tent where we could even rest with tea and a nap!!!! 💕 We will be back شكرا

unique experience - I can only emphasize the excellent work of Abdel as a guide, he is always punctual and perfect for teaming. Guests are pampered with music and drinks. Discover unique sights and places, plus tips for visiting. We visited as a family the city of Ifrane (city under the snow in Morocco), on the road, we stopped at the Imouzare waterfall, we were able to see the monkeys (I was able to give them something to eat 😍😍😍) a 800 year old tree, (yes yes, it stands up thanks to its roots still in the ground) as well as trout breeding, (a trout restaurant, you and suggest) restaurants and cafes all along the routes, truly a unique experience. Once we arrived in the city of Ifrane, we were able to have a meal and the city which is self-contained in orange and red colors reminds you of Canada with its pointed roofs and its alleys. We also asked him for our return to the airport. I plan to come back soon and explore other cities with him. Do not hesitate to ask him for all kinds of activities

Family trip to Middle Atlas - Lovely experience with Karim - he was patient with our 3 young kids and always very polite. His car had air-conditioning and seat belts, and we felt in good hands. He had his itinerary set and we didn't feel pushed to buy anything. We would have appreciated more flexibility with the itinerary and perhaps would hire a guide as well to learn about the areas, but we enjoyed a smooth drive with excellent music.

Without the monkeys, this would be 0 stars - I ordered this tour about 2 weeks in advance and tried to contact the agency twice, just to make sure that they are aware of us. On the day and the hour (9 am) of the pick-up, we waited for about 20 min until I called the company. They apologized for being late and that 'something happened with the booking system' and said they will come one hour later. So we waited until 10, the driver arrived a bit earlier. What I already believed was, that the tour company simply did not read my messages and forgot about us. The driver was friendly and it was not his fault, however, he spoke almost zero English, although we ordered an English guide. He brought us to a berber 'cave', which is being organized by a young Moroccan guy, whose English was only a bit of level better than the driver's and he told us almost nothing about the cave. We got tea, some snack, but no information whatsoever. We stayed there for about one hour half, talking 'about life' and then left (also with the berber man) to Ifrane. There we walked for about 15 min, we got no information about this city at all, but we were listening to the berber man explaining us how he wants to join the refugees from Turkey and go to Europe and live in Europe illegaly, because 'life in Morocco is unbearable'. Our mood during this trip was dropping to zero, we are both refugees-friendly, but we were not in this case. And it was hard to listen how these people think about life in Europe. Not to mention that this trip was not about this even. The monkeys somehow saved this trip, but unfortunately, the Moroccans are feeding the monkeys with whatever and it's very dirty in the forest. There should be absolutely NO restaurant in that forest, this is the monkey's home, not people's. We spent a lot of time in the forest, we even wanted to go home, but we were kept in the forest for quite a long time (about 2,5 hour). We came back to Fes, we gave no tip to the berber man (we won't be supporting people abusing refugees from war countries) and gave something to the driver, because he tried to do his maximum. But he couldn't. I had to use my Arabic knowledge to get answers for some questions I had, otherwise we would know nothing. I am sorry, but this trip was definitely not worth the money. Do NOT go if the company is not answering you. Otherwise you will end up like us.
