Fantastic! - Tommy was an excellent guide! He was very knowledgeable about the area and the parks we visited. Every stop was absolutely stunning! Moraine Lake was my favourite! We had a wonderful day!

Words cannot describe how... - Words cannot describe how beautiful lake louise and lake moraine is! It’s a must see attraction in the area. You can go own your own to Lake Louise but not to Lake moraine.

This was a must see tour! - We are so thankful we signed up for this tour. We would have never experienced the beautiful lakes if it were not for this trip! Our husbands were not thrilled that we booked a bus tour but they totally loved it too.

On a Wing and a prayer - Our guide Wing was absolutely brilliant. He was informative, friendly and very helpful.

An amazing day of admiring the lakes - Guide was very kind and helpful. Emerald lake was awesome. Natural
Van was a bit small for the number of people and seats were small. Also, sitting in the back we couldn't hear the driver. Perhaps a mic and some speakers would make it a 5-star tour.

A little rough - Had a little rough start to the tour our van broke down & put us a couple hours later. We had plans after the tour to do other things but had to cancel because our tour lasted longer ~ the stops were beautiful ~ our guide Tony was very nice but slightly hard to understand

Eh, sounded better than it really was - The ability to see Louise, Moraine and Emerald lakes was fantastic, but I expected with a bus tour quite a bit more than just literally taking and dropping us off to see each lake. I would have appreciated information about the other “sights” that were listed as “pass by” in the description of this tour. That is one of the reasons we took the tour, to have local guide give us knowledge and insight of the area.
When our driver did speak, it was 1) difficult to hear because there was no speaker/intercom and 2) the noise from the bus rattling (windows, interior plastic frame, etc) made it difficult as well. Which leads me to the interior of the bus…it was dirty (ex. ceiling was heavily stained, windows were filthy), the plastic surrounding windows were falling off. My window had styrofoam stuffed around it to keep it stable, there was one tiny light on interior that worked. Others were missing or broken.
If you are ok with all the above, then this might be the your for you. On the plus side, lakes are beautiful and worth visiting. If you want to get out, look and stroll, then it is ok. But if you want to hike, do gondola or canoe, there is NOT enough time on this tour. The description mentions all these activities, but in all honesty, there is no time to do them.
