• Mount Rundle Viewpoint - Mt. Rundle could actually be considered a small mountain range as the mountain extends for over 12 kilometers (7.5 mi), on the south side of the Trans-Canada Highway eastward from Banff to Canmore with seven distinct peaks along the way. The third peak southeast of Banff is the highest at 9,675 feet (2,949 m).

Lake Louise is stunning throughout the year. Before winter arrives, its emerald green waters reflect the towering, snow-capped peaks that surround it. As winter progresses, the lake freezes, transforming into a vast, tranquil expanse of ice encircled by majestic mountains.

Emerald Lake is equally breathtaking. Prior to freezing, its crystal-clear waters mirror the surrounding peaks and forests, creating a vibrant green contrast with the autumn landscape. Once frozen, it becomes a serene, snow-covered scene, offering a magical escape in every season.

Peyto Lake, with its brilliant turquoise color, dazzles before winter sets in, reflecting the rugged mountains around it. As the lake freezes, it turns into a peaceful icy landscape, framed by snowy peaks. The view from Bow Summit is particularly captivating, with the lake’s wolf-head shape still visible.
