We’ll drive approximately 10 kilometers to the lake through the river. Along the way, you’ll witness the transition from river to lake and enjoy the beautiful wilderness scenery.
You’ll have the opportunity to try traditional Finnish fishing with a hook, line, and worm. It’s great fun for children as it’s an easy way to catch fish. There’s a good chance of catching a perch, Finland’s national fish, or a pike. No license is required for this type of fishing.
The owners of this small family company live on a small island, which you’ll visit during the tour. You’ll enjoy a BBQ outside on the terrace or in a Lappish teepee by an open fire, as you prefer.

You can choose to have your BBQ outside on the terrace or in a traditional Lappish teepee by an open fire. Try your hand at fishing the traditional Finnish way, with a hook, line, and worm. This activity is fun for the whole family, including children.
For groups of 2-4 people, your boat will be a 6-meter-long “Meri-Palta” boat, registered for 5 people.
For groups of 5-8 people, the boat will be a 9-meter-long Minor 28, which also has an inside cabin. The Minor is registered for 10 people.
If you wish to have the Minor boat for 4 people or fewer, please book the tour for 5 people.
