Explore the UKK National Park of Saariselkä. Depending on the snow conditions, we will use snowshoes, gliding snowshoes or backcountry skis to navigate the terrain. Our knowledgeable guide will provide insights into the UKK National Park’s ecosystem and its historical significance.
After the trek, enjoy a Lappish lunch at Kaunispää Fell, where you can take in the stunning views of Saariselkä. The meal is prepared with locally sourced ingredients, offering a taste of regional culinary traditions.
Relax in a traditional sauna located in Laanila. There is also an opportunity to try ice swimming for a truly invigorating experience.
Total duration of the activity is approximately seven hours and we return to Ivalo between 17:00 and 18:00.
