Pick-up Details:

1. Provide accurate flight information to ensure a seamless pick-up.
2. The driver will wait for 90 minutes after your flight lands. If additional time is needed, a fee of $28 per hour applies.
3. If you are not located at the pick-up point 90 minutes post-landing and have not communicated with us, the driver will depart, and the fee will not be refunded.
4. Notify us of any flight schedule changes at least 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid incurring extra charges.
5. Pick-ups are scheduled based on flight landing times. If a specific pick-up time is requested, it will be treated as a one-time pick-up and drop-off service.

1. Be prepared at your hotel at the time specified in your order.
2. A complimentary 30-minute wait time is included with drop-offs.
