- Standard luggage size is 24”. Luggage over 28” will be counted as 2 pieces.
Incheon International Airport Pick-Up:
- Please provide your flight arrival time when booking.
- Pick-up time and additional charges will be based on the actual flight arrival time.
- A waiting time of up to 90 minutes is free of charge. If the driver waits over 90 minutes after the actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of KRW 15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver.
- The driver will wait a maximum of 150 minutes after the flight arrival time before leaving.

- Meet the driver near Gate 12 (inside the hall); the driver will be holding a sign with your name.

- Please provide your desired hotel pick-up time under “Pick-Up Time” when booking.

- Arrive at your waiting spot at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time.
- A waiting time of up to 30 minutes is free of charge.
- A cash charge of KRW 15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver for waiting times exceeding 30 minutes.
