Amazing day - We had an amazing day. Kiki picked us up from the hotel and was really friendly and accommodating, he even stopped on the way there for us to take pictures of the views and the monkeys on the side of the road. The captain and tour guide were brilliant. We were able to swim up close to a turtle and the tour guide Alfie took pictures on his go pro which we downloaded for free. Would definitely recommend this tour.

Awesome day! - The trip was amazing!!! IWAN did a superb job starting with being patient while we disembarked from the ship, arriving in a meticulously clean vehicle to ensuring we had an excellent day. IWAN guided us each step of the day to facilitate the most snorkelling time possible. It was a magical day for the 6 of us. Thank you soooo much to IWAN and the team on the day as well as Jonny for making it a fantastic day. I would recommend this company.

Five stars, would definitely recommend. - My Wife and I took this tour in April. We had the boat to ourselves. The guides were fantastic and we saw 3 turtles up close. Our driver Kiki was brilliant. He was prompt on time and allowed us to stop on the way to take photos. Our guide on the snorkeling was also fantastic and took a good number of photos on his GoPro which he transferred to our phones for us, all without extra charge.

Best time with Ahmed and Kiki - The entire experience is worth the time. Though we could not do Gili air due to high jellyfish. Ahmed was the perfect guide for us. He took to the right places and we had the most amazing time snorkeling around the islands. Kiki gave so many insights into while driving us around and Ahmed was the perfect guide. We dont know how to swim, and Ahmed guided us for a perfect snorkel experience

Wonderful day snorkelling in the most beautiful spots of the Gili Islands and super lovely staff - Incredible day !! Very helpful and nice staff, super accommodating. We had the best day, saw so many turtles and got amazing content (photos and videos) Highly recommend

Had an unforgettable day - Had a nice day, Kiki the driver spoke good English, very nice man. Everything was well arranged, private boat, visited all three Gilli islands. Had a wonderful time snorkeling and everything was captured on a GoPro by the team, great to see you again! And of course swam with sea turtles, all in all an unforgettable day!

Incredible knowledgable snorkelling trip - Our driver Jamil was great and very accommodating to our requests. The diver was fantastic finding us spots and turtles that weren’t crowded by other visitors. We got some unique experiences that we will cherish forever - even got to see a rare turtle! Great experience! - Jamil our driver was very friendly and informative and Ahmed and Ardi our guides on the boat were super good! They took lots of photos and videos on their Go Pro and Ahmed was very helpful in the water as I can't swim. We would highly recommend! All three made it a pleasurable experience!

Snorkeling at gili - beautiful trip! we were very well looked after by the driver Jamil and the snorkel guide. They provided us with assistance before and during the tour.

Not Recommended - I thought long and hard before writing this review because I was so hurt and upset and almost decided not to write a review. Then I decided I needed to in order to make others aware. Initially Jonny or someone with his company was quick to reply to my inquiry and we set up a snorkel trip for 10 people while stopping in Lombok on a cruise. The group consisted of fellow passengers who just met for the first time to do this excursion that I set up. I was given several options and a price that included lunch and then asked for a deposit “in order to secure lunch” - I advised I could not make a deposit for strangers and could we do the tour without a deposit if we excluded lunch and that was agreed upon. Several days before the tour, I contacted them again and received a reply implying the tour had not been confirmed and they would check and then advised if it was confirmed. The next day I was advised that it was in fact confirmed (after initially setting it up months in advance). A driver/guide was waiting for us on time at the port and things started out well. The group ended up being 9 seniors and one woman traveling solo who was around 30 who immediate began flirting with our driver/guide. From that minute on, he paid no attention to anyone else but her. When we got to the boat, we were joined by a boat driver and another guide who was dressed in a wetsuit and would be joining us in the water and taking the promised photos and videos of everyone. Both of these men started flirting with the young woman and were mesmerized when she took her cover up off and was wearing the smallest bikini anyone has ever seen. Both guides kept asking me to take their picture with her with their phones. As the boat started to head to the first island, one guide lit a cigarette and the young woman in our group started smoking - not very professional for the guides to be doing and not very safe. The entire tour centered around the two guides and their obsession with the younger women. The weather was good but we stopped at stops where there were many other tour boats and visibility was not very good. We could see a lot of fish but poor visibility. We went to 3 different islands and were very disappointed in visibility and everyone except the younger women was just ready to end the tour. There was also a question of honesty and integrity when my husband looked at his arm as we left the first stop and his dive watch was gone. I asked one of the guides if we could wait and he acted like he didn’t understand me and the boat kept going. I immediately messaged “Jonny” and told him and he instructed them to return to look for the watch. Within 30 seconds of one of the guides entering the water (a shallow area of maybe 8 feet), he came back up holding the watch. It was very strange that they knew exactly where to stop and the watch was found so quickly. The other guide later told me “I saw something fall off but did not know it was a watch”. That is what was upsetting and hurtful- why didn’t he check to see what it was if he saw it fall? That is the honesty and integrity issue. There are a lot of things that come to mind. The guide telling the video never mentioned it to the group so I again messaged Jonny and was later sent the videos. It was supposed to be of everyone in our group but 90% of the video was of the younger women in the bikini. I was disappointed in the visibility of these islands for snorkeling after reading how wonderful they were supposed to be (Komodo and Menjangan island were so much better as was Blue Lagoon on Bali) and I know that isn’t the fault of anyone. I cannot recommend not because of that, but because of the guides being unprofessional with smoking and flirting and giving all of their attention to one person and even doing 90% of their video of her, and for taking our group to areas where there were already many boats and people, and lastly because of the integrity issue - I would hope that if a guide saw someone lose something they would immediately try to retrieve it. Can’t help but think in this situation it had already been retrieved or a plan was in place to retrieve it after our tour was over. Because of these issues and some communication issues when trying to organize, I cannot recommend.
