Beautiful Island and Beautiful people 🏝️💕 - Really amazing trip! Our tour guide organised picking us up from private villa for 5AM because it was quite far from the harbour, which is so kind of them, appreciate they woke up so early for us! Both cars were super clean and air conditioned. The tour guide and drivers in both Bali and Nusa Penida were so lovely and had excellent conversation with them about the similarities between their Balinese culture and our Bangladesh culture ❤️ The tour guide in Nusa Penida was happy to let us spend all our time in Kelingking beach instead of visiting too many places which worked out really good for us 😊 I would suggest to anyone going to Kelingking beach to not carry anything in your hands because the climb down is quite steep and you need to have good balance with both hands free. There are steps at the top but towards the bottom there are only rocks and it feels like you are doing rock climbing so be careful! Also there are no toilets or showers on the actual beach so use the ones at the top of the stairs before and after visiting the beach. Visit Kelingking beach first because the sun at midday is too hot for climbing and you will get dehydrated, dizzy and sunburnt on the 1 hour climb up or down the cliff (wear a sunhat and some sunglasses). Makesure you have some baby powder on you because it will help get rid of stubborn sand in hair (even after showering a few times), read up about this online. Wear good shoes for climbing! Not sandals or flip flops, ones that have grip and secure around ankles, some of the rocks are sandy and you can slip, I hurt myself pretty bad going down but it was worth it 😭 Great tour, amazing people and definitely would recommend, 10/10 💖

Awesome day trip - The trip was great. They contacted in advance for the pickup at the villa and had arrange everything at the jetty and in Nusa Penida to back in Bali later in the evening. Our guide Ontoseno is the best. Helpful in every way and even as our photographer with some serious skill. Lunch was okay nothing to shout about. Overall a wonderful day out.

Highly responsive and flexible to customization - Our guide Nyoman was amazing! He went above and beyond to take great photos of us. He knew all the angles and spots at each location for the best shots and videos, and even climbed a tree at kelingking beach. Be very protective of your cell phones at this location. One visitor’s phone was taken by a monkey, and our guide along with a few others attempted to retrieve it without success. We did not like the restaurant we were taken to for lunch. Understandably, we may have taken our tour sites out of sequence. By request started at Kelingking Beach to avoid crowds and the lunch site was very close to this location so lunch was at 10 AM - we weren’t hungry since we had breakfast two hours prior. The two menu items we wanted were not available and we had to wait a considerable amount of time for one of the items we settled for which had no flavor. Basically a waste of 30 minutes. All in all I’d rather have wasted the 30 minutes on a bad lunch than to be faced with the crowds that were coming in as we left Kelingking beach. The tour company accommodated our need for return tickets to Bali and were responsive to our communications vi WhatsApp prior to scheduled start. Highly recommend this team.

Quick in a out of Nusa Pedina - Booking was a breeze and the arrangement as well. Special mention for Artha our driver and guide on the island. He was very knowledgeable and fantastic driver. He curated the schedule so we didn’t follow accordingly as we had 2 children and 1 was seasick. We managed to squeeze most of the items on the itinerary accept angel and skipped lunch and rushed back in time for the 1.30pm fast craft. Thank you!

Pictures galore. Ask for Artha - We booked this on a whim for our last day in Bali. We wanted to get some great pictures and explore a new place. We got picked up at 7 from our villa and shuttled to the boat. This is when we got a little overwhelmed because there are a LOT of people. The team has your back! Our driver got us everything we needed and put us in the right place. He was in constant communication with Artha who was on the island. It’s a fool proof system. We HIGHLY recommend paying for a beer (or not) but when you travel by ferry SIT UP TOP! Don’t get crammed into the sardine can downstairs. We rode up top on the way back and it was beautiful. Once we got to the island we met the local celebrity, Artha, and he was our driver/guide for the rest of the day. He is AWESOME. Everyone knows him and he is super friendly. He will take amazing pictures of you and get you to all the spots quickly. Be prepared as some of the ride is on dirt road and it’s mighty bumpy. Book it.

Great island tour - Artha was a great host and tour guide of the island, with great local knowledge. was the perfect amount of time on the island. We got to swim at crystal beach at the end - which was great to cool off. Great day and beautiful memories made. Thank you very much!

Fun day and beautiful views! - Our trip to Nusa Penida was great, the snorkelling was fun and we saw many fishes. Our guide for the land tour Artha was friendly and put in effort to help us take many nice photos at the various locations even though it was very hot and offered to carry my bag too. Beautiful scenery and overall worth it!

Good experience with a skilled driver. - A good experience. Got a driver who knew the island and took us to the places that were promised. Look carefully for the driver's sign when you arrive in Nusa Penida - we spent half an hour finding ours and if it hadn't been for a helpful local we probably wouldn't have found the driver.

Nice day trip to the beautiful cliff scenes in Nusa Penida - The East Nusa Penida tour trip was well and the driver though speaks little English but was helpful in guiding us where to take good photos and also took nice photos and videos for us. The only thing I find that there is lack of advice perhaps communication barrel cos in one location, I misunderstood the guide and I paid for the service to take photo on a tree house. We should be advised that the steps are steep and are not appropriate for unfit people, elderly or people not wearing proper attire. My wife wore a long skirt and it is really dangerous that she may step on her skirt and trip. As for me, I am already above 60 and climbing the irregular steps is really tough. Waiting for our turn to take photo in the tree house takes us more than 30 mins and in a hot sunny day and I almost fell into a heat exhaustion. As for the snorkelling trip, the operator did not even give us help with the snorkeling equipment and didn't teach us how to adjust the mask stripe or use the equipment. The ladder to board the boat after each snorkeling is too short and people had to struggle to climb up the boat. Worst, the operator didn't even bother to help pull us up. This is really not a professional operator so not going back to them.
