This village can only be accessed on foot, taking approximately three to four hours from the nearest village. The dense rainforest along the path is rich in biodiversity, featuring orchids, palms, and ferns. The journey to Wae Rebo is accompanied by the melodious chirping of various bird species. Wae Rebo boasts 7 Original Traditional Manggarai Houses with unique architecture. Visitors are invited to explore the architecture, experience community life, and stay overnight in one of the traditional houses.
