- Interlaken - Meet your tour guide at Interlaken Ost train station before boarding the local train for a ride through the Lauterbrunnen valley.
- Lauterbrunnen - Arrive at the village of Lauterbrunnen, surrounded by mountains and offering stunning views. A short walk through the village will lead to the local church, one of the photo stops on this tour.
- Staubbach Waterfall - Spend some time at the viewpoint of the Staubbach waterfall, a 297m high cascade in the village.
- Grütschalp - The tour continues with a 10-minute aerial gondola ride from Lauterbrunnen to Grütschalp. Enjoy the view of the village and the waterfall as the gondola ascends to Grütschalp. Here, you will transfer to a narrow gauge train for a 15-minute ride along the ridge to the village of Mürren. This scenic journey offers views of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau.
- Mürren - Mürren is a traditional Walser mountain village in the Bernese Highlands of Switzerland, situated at an elevation of 1,638 meters above sea level and inaccessible by public road. You will have the opportunity to explore this picturesque village on your own; it takes about 20 minutes to walk across the entire village. Several restaurants and bars invite you to relax, enjoy the view, or discover old wooden chalets and green meadows. Your tour guide will be available to provide information or suggestions about Mürren and places to visit.
- Mürren - After your visit, the tour guide will lead you back to the local train from Mürren to Grütschalp and then onto the cableway to Lauterbrunnen. From there, you will take the local train back to Interlaken, where the tour concludes.
If you wish to visit other attractions (e.g., Trümmelbach waterfalls or Wengen), your tour guide will provide directions, and you may leave the group. The group itself will travel back for 20 minutes on the local train to Interlaken, where the tour ends.

Wonderful way to learn about Switzerland and the people. - Christoph Gobeli was fantastic. Did everything possible to make this a great experience and learning time even though the weather was not totally cooperating.

Awesome tour! - A wonderful tour! Our tour guide, Chris, was the best. He was very kind and very knowledgeable about the area, The tour takes you to beautiful places as a small group but also gives you plenty of time to explore on your own. Would definitely recommend!

Great day trip to Lauterbrunnun - This was an excellent tour that started at the Ost train station in Interlaken and proceeded to Lauterbrunnen and Murren. Our guide was very knowledgeable and guided us through several different modes of transport flawlessly. Train, bus, ski tram. The views in Lauterbrunnen and Murren cannot be missed. Quite an incredible day and of all tours we took, this was THE MUST tour.

Wonderful Mountain Experience with the Best Swiss Native! - First and foremost, I would recommend this tour to anyone! It was an absolute blast, even better than described and expected. We had Adrain as a tour guide and he was FANTASTIC! We got to hear so much about Swiss history and politics, talk a lot about how it compares to other parts of the world, and get the inside scoop on the entire Jungfrau region! We also saw the most incredible views and got to try out a variety of transportation. I would tell anyone that the cable car was no where near as scary as expected! I left sweaty palmed, but was excited to do it again on the way back down.
A couple tips, definitely bring a water bottle if it’s going to be warm! There are multiple free drinkable spring water fountains to fill up at and you’ll want it with all of the walking and hills. On that note, wear walking shoes for sure! We did a lot of hills, but it was very doable and worth it. I’d just say be prepared for it. Also, there is a walking path to “hike through the Swiss alps” instead of part of the upper funicular train ride, definitely do this! It’s a little extra walking, but mostly flat and not too far. It’s a completely different view and so incredible stunning.

Best of Europe - Our guide Anthony was so wonderful and knowledgeable. We had the most wonderful time with him and visiting the valley and Murren Alpine Village. I would recommend this trip to everyone and ask for Anthony.

Very good - Christoph, is a wonderful person and a tour guide. He converse with us and have answered all questions that we asked him. The other good thing about this, is we gained new friend. The tour is amazing, never expected that it will be just me and my husband but I love it.

Don't do it! - Although the views during this tour are beautiful. It is ridiculously OVER priced. Do not pay this company to do this tour. You can do it on your own. Pay for the cable car when you get there and visit Murren on your own. When I took the tour the train was not working and I didn't know it was OFF season and only a handful of restaurants were open. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. $550.00 for two people for what we got is criminal. Buyer beware!

Extremely disappointed …paid crazy amount to be on our own - This tour was considerably overpriced. We could have done this completely on our own and learned more. Although our guide was nice, he did not provide much info at all except directions. Paying this outrageous amount to drop us in Murren was very disappointing. Murren is a nice town, however paying $275 pp to be on our own was a complete rip off. I do not recommend this tour at all!
